As our Coffee Specialist for Customer Service & Contact Center, you will engage and build rapport with our customers to understand their needs well, and provide concise solutions through various touchpoints such as phone, digital or social media to deliver exceptional service.

You will provide one-stop shop services for any of our customer needs, including but not limited to product information, delivery slots and machine troubleshooting. You are constantly delivering an unbeatable level of service to the customers, aligned with Nespresso brand values and standards. Key requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in a relevant Chemistry, Science field or Equivalent.

• Good understanding of HPLC and Empower software.
• Understanding and execution of spectroscopy, and other assigned methods which may include chromatography methods (HPLC), ELISA, PCR, CE, SDS-PAGE, IEF, icIEF, TOC, Protein concentration (A280 or SoloVPE), osmolality, potency methods, appearance and other physiochemical methods.

Job Description

Perform after sales service / surveys to customers by providing; steam trap survey, commissioning, trouble shooting, repairing and assembling service for wide range of products.

Key Tasks include:-

• On site and in house repair and service of mechanical and electronic-based products of the company’s product range.
• Ensure that field activities such as servicing, customer visits, steam trap surveys, plant audits, steam quality testing, preventive maintenances, troubleshooting, and commissioning are properly planned, organised, and executed to achieve maximum productivity and effectiveness.
• Help customers to optimise their steam systems in term of sustainability.
• Determine the improvements required, to bring about a high level of productivity and efficiency.
• Continually search for new prospects, to expand customer base within assigned area.
• Develop a full understanding of the allocated industrial base and be aware of the market activities and the competition within this segment.
• To work with sub-contractors and vendors on service-related jobs.
• Troubleshoots and repair product, application faults.
• Calibration of instruments.
• Assembly and set up of specific products for delivery.
• Evaluation and inspection of spare parts supplier and quality of product workmanship.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge / experiences on warehouse management systems and documentation.

• Experience on Documentation such as checklists, temperature / RH reports.
• Able to compile KPI reports periodically.

Responsibilities

· Repair and maintenance of IQIP equipment (rental fleet and customer equipment)

· Assist with loading and offloading of equipment

· Operates the overhead cranes and forklift

· After a proper introduction period, onsite trouble shooting may be required

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitating and managing activities involving cross-border/domestic operations, including transit warehouse, international linehaul, customs clearance, and last mile delivery in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and China.
• Familiar with custom requirements, import and export procedures and documentations.
• Sourcing for rates from truck supplier as per the sale/customer's enquiry

We are looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Freight Operations and Logistics/Transportation Business involving road transportation.
• Work experience in cross-border trucking service is a plus.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin (required for communication with Mandarin-speaking vendors/partners)
• Self-starter with excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels internally, 3PLs, freight forwarders, suppliers and/or vendors
