Customer Service Officer

Job Scope and Responsibilities:
1) Managing and handling all our customer’s needs with impeccable customer service, through all communication channels with proper knowledge, energy, and passion. We need people with great interpersonal skills!
2) Performing strong-room duties such as replenishing and labeling inventories, weekly inventory checks, daily cash checks, and daily safety and cleanliness checks.
3) Performing shop and cashier duties such as sales and purchase orders, purity and weight tests, SKU creation, executing excel template formulas, manning display items, and always keeping the counter experience a great one for customers. You will also be expected to do the daily closing of the shop with your colleagues (except on your off days).
4) Communicate effectively and be proactive to help out whenever and wherever help is needed.
5) Must be able to maintain and perform with the utmost integrity at all times.

3) Weekend Warriors - Hate rushing and squeezing during peak hours, public holidays, and weekends? Join us and have your off days on non-peak days! You will be expected to be able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays. Your daily working hours might be from 10 am - 9 pm, with an-hour to an hour plus break provided depending on your shift. You will be entitled to a minimum of two to three rest days per week depending on your shift hours.
4) A strong command of both verbal and written English is a must. Proficiency in other optional languages and dialects such as Mandarin and Cantonese would also be welcomed.
5) Minimum qualifications: GCE 'O' Level or Higher.
