About the Role
Responsible for launching customer promotions and existing customer campaigns, including structuring campaign mechanics and ensure seamless implementation end-to-end.
Key objectives derived from campaigns are to meet company’s ANP/VoNB targets, as well as to increase repurchase from existing customers. Campaigns are to integrate with Technology, Digital Platforms and Analytics as we move towards digitizing our offers to customers, creating a seamless online journey.
The role is a key team player in contributing to the overall Objective Key Results of the Customer Value Management team.
- Responsible in campaign management and ensuring timely end-to-end campaign execution. From conceptualization to cost analysis, working out operational process, technical enhancements and digital implementation as well as getting clearance for necessary approvals.
- Initiating discussions with Product, Actuarial, Risk and Compliance on campaign offer, work out financial projections and getting campaign paper approval.
- Lead discussions and provide campaign requirements to Technology and Operations team, accountable towards successful campaign implementation for frontend and backend systems.
- Conceptualizing product campaigns for existing customers by working closely with Product Development team and keeping the team’s Objective Key Results in mind.
- Ideating customer promotions to drive business outcomes and creating a frictionless technical implementation for our distribution channels.
- Working closely with Marketing Specialist in the team to come up with campaign proposition for different existing customer segments. Communicate key marketing message to internal and external customers through various digital platforms.
- Presentation on campaign proposition effectively to internal stakeholders including conducting sharing sessions with our financial services consultants. Ability to answer queries and refine campaign process through suggestions received from stakeholders and distribution channels.
- Leverage on campaign data analytics to provide recommendations to optimise campaign performance including post campaign analysis.
- Perform other responsibilities periodically assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business or relevant fields
- 3-5 years of Marketing or Product Management experience within the insurance industry is required.
- Applicants from Banking and Finance industry are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communicator who is able to work with multiple cross functional teams
