· Raise Purchase Order to Supplier, reviewing suppliers’ invoices and submitting to Accounts Dept

· Raise parts quotation to Customer enquiry

· Update Sales and Purchase Report for spare parts items

· Monitor and chase payment from customer

· Arranging delivery of spare parts locally and overseas

· Follow up with customers on status of quotations

· Order processing, generate delivery orders, Invoices to customers on timely basis

-Work closely with suppliers, customers to ensure timely delivery of parts

- Ad Hoc administrative work

Requirements:

· N or O Level /Diploma

· With 2-3 years of experience handling operation / customer service coordination

· Familiar with marine spare parts & products will be an advantage

· Possess good communication with good interpersonal skills

Able to work independently

Job Description:

• Communicates with customers via phone / face to face to identify and diagnose for errors or technical issues (Hardware / Software).
• Conduct repairs according to the diagnosis
• Carry out high quality repair in 3C order.
• Excellent knowledge in disassembling and re-assembling all PC devices
• Ensure data accuracy when keying into the system for Part ordering / Diagnostic / Repair status.
• Ability to respond to customer service requests within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.
• Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships and exhibiting great customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of professional working experience in similar capacity.
• Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Technical knowledge/background in Computer is a must.
• Able to work alternate 5.5 days per week in a service-center environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of assigned facilities, including maintenance, security janitorial services and office systems.
• Manage facility budgets, ensuring that expenses are within budgetary parameters and track capital expenditures.
• Oversee the planning and execution of improvement projects, including renovations and equipment upgrades.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring that all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Administer the maintenance data and records for management report.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Technical or related field
• At least 3 years of working experience in facilities management.
• Self-starter, good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive mindset
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple sites/projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions and develop.
