• Delivers client service resolutions by engaging and working with other functional areas and internal stakeholders both locally and globally, ensuring timely and efficient level of service excellence.
• Ensures follow up to day-to-day client queries and issue resolution in conjunction with Fund Accounting / Transfer Agency etc., to ensure SLA and KPIs targets are met.
• Responsible for overall project planning for the clients including new funds, mergers, liquidations etc. in conjunction with New Business Teams and Operations
• Ensures timely completion and publication of monthly reporting including calculating Key Performance Indicator levels and review of monthly reporting packs to client / trustee
• In partnership with the Relationship Managers, prepares for and attend Board Meetings and is responsible for reviewing board packs and following up action items raised during the meetings.

Skills/ Qualifications

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

• A strong track record with multiple years’ experience in financial servicing, preferably in asset servicing.
• Overall Knowledge of fund administration required to manage client relationships
• Knowledge of fund structure, general finance and portfolio management concepts to consult on client needs
• Skills in negotiation, delegating and leadership are necessary to service the client relationship
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Is innovative, analytical and solution driven.

Primarily responsible for the supervision of the banquet staff and coordinates all food and beverage services within the banquet department. Train the banquet team and also oversees the enforcement of hotel standards on setting up the banquet hall, up keeping, service, break away, event courses, cleaning, staff grooming and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the event host on all aspects of the banquet function.
• Performs planning and organisation functions for the banqueting department like maintaining the banquet logbook, maintaining and updating function sheets / BEO
• Adhering to all banquet standard process and also hotel standard policies and procedures.
• Supervises and trains staff in the set up and break down of assigned banquet rooms according to contract and managers instructions.
• Supervises and trains staff in the service of food and beverages according to standards.
• Coordinates function details with banquet, conference planning, and kitchen staff.
• Actively participates in set up of banquet rooms and service of food and beverage to guests.
• Ensure high grooming and hygiene standards are met by all banquet staff.
• Assists the Banquet Manager to establish maintenance, repair, and cleaning schedules for all banquet equipment and facilities.

Requirements

• Tertiary education in Tourism / Hospitality Management, or F&B Service Management
• At least 2 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Candidates without the relevant experience maybe considered for a junior position
• Good interpersonal and customer services skills
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
