The Front-of-House team is looking to welcome a Commis Service into its ranks. Having the necessary product knowledge and strong people acumen skills are the backbone to a strong restaurant service. Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure that our guests leave with an awesome experience that leaves them yearning for more.

Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining good lines of communication between the Chef de Rang and the kitchen
• Assisting in setting up the kitchen passes – starter, main course and pastry – as instructed by chef
• Assisting the Chef de Rang and senior staff members with the preparation of the restaurant for service
• Understanding and upselling menu dishes to the customers
• Participating in the daily service operations of the restaurant and understand how the role ensures the smooth running of the restaurant
• Recording any losses through spoilage or waste and reporting such losses to the Head Waiter immediately
• Taking good care of all equipment in the restaurant
• Helping guests and staff members whenever possible and required

Job Description

· Perform project design (including selection and sizing of equipment) and development activities according to customer’s specification.

· Understand scopes of HVAC work (to bid).

· Perform site surveys, site measurements, attend pre-bid walkthrough if need be. Attend tender clarifications/interview as and when required.

· Work with Manager in developing project plan, budget and schedule.

· Coordinate with relevant parties in preparing project proposals, tender submission/clarifications, and contractual documents. Regular interaction and follow up to ensure all projects are performed within allocated budget, timelines, and requirements.

· Work and coordinate with sales team to create quotations and follow up for service retrofit jobs.

· Source/liaise/negotiate with suppliers and vendors on quotations and requirements. Compile supplier quotation, assessment of quotations and prepare costing sheet.

· Maintain estimating logs and unit costs for all projects.

· Determine Bill of Quantity.

· Any other duties as deemed appropriate.

Job Requirements

· Degree/ Diploma in Engineering/Building.

· Experience and knowledge in HVAC/ACMV is a must.

· Knowledge of different types of HVAC systems and their components.

· Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings and other construction documents.

· Knowledge of commercial HVAC/ Mechanical Contracting.

· Min 2-3 years relevant experience.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Knowledge/ Experience in project management will be a plus.

We are looking for an accomplished Associate Director of Customer Experience (CX), based in Singapore, to lead and elevate our South East Asia CX team. Campaign Execution:

• Self-Serve and Managed Service campaigns management
  • Be the lead point of contact for our most strategic client communication post-sale.

  • Oversee & improve post-sale process, including but not limited to: campaign set-up, pacing and delivery, incremental revenue generation and post campaign analysis.
