Position Overview:

We're currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Admin to become a key player in our expanding team. The perfect candidate will have a solid background in managing complex administrative tasks, rigorous attention to detail, and a measure of customer-facing finesse. Familiarity with tech tools is very much preferred (We use Stripe, Hubspot, Wordpress, WooCommerce and many more). As a Customer Success Admin, you'll be instrumental in supporting our Customer Success team in ensuring our clients get the most out of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

1. Be a wizard behind our Customer Data & Access Management - helping our CSM (Customer Success Manager) achieve success

• Manage and own the data upkeep, maintenance process
• Monitoring, logging, manually implementing system changes throughout our tech-stack
• Spot improvement, retention trends, business opportunities for our Customer Success Team

2. Customer Support & Onboarding:

• Guide new customers through a seamless onboarding process.
• Troubleshoot Customer Onboarding issues if they arise.
• Be the superhero of customer inquiries – no cape required.
• Team up with our support squad to solve problems at warp speed.
• Reply to customers faster than they can say "help!"

3. Product Knowledge and Feedback:

• Know our products inside out – you'll practically be a walking user manual.
• Share customer insights with our tech wizards for constant improvement.

4. Customer Renewals:

• Monitor customer subscription renewals using Stripe and HubSpot, ensuring a high renewal rate.
• Follow up with churned customers to gather feedback.

5. Data Analysis:

• Utilize various tools such as HubSpot, Metorik, Mixpanel to analyze customer data and trends.
• Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy.

6. Customer Advocacy:

• Turn happy customers into our biggest fans – think case studies, testimonials, and more!

7. Workshop Coordinator:

• Oversee, plan and execute monthly Workshops (Ad-Hoc)
• Customer facing liaison between Workshop Trainees and Instructors

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably as a Customer Success Support role in IT Edtech SaaS
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
• Positive vibes, killer communication skills, and a dash of problem-solving wizardry.
• Ability to dance through challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform receptionist tasks such as greeting customers, scheduling of appointments, handling queries & complaints via phone, email or general correspondence.
• Maintain a high degree of patient care at the clinic, ensuring that patients have the best experience possible.
• Manage office supplies such as dental products, stationery, equipment and furniture.
• Ensure clinic operations run smoothly. Liaise with with appropriate vendors/department to resolve any issues.
• Submit dental claims vis CHAS, Medisave and Dental Insurance portals.
• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining clinic records, fill out clinic forms, and file timely reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Experienced in customer service or reception duties (preferred)
• Possess good communication skills
• Applicants with no experience working in dental clinic operations but are willing to learn are welcomed to apply
• Must be able to work on at least one weekend (Sat or Sun)

Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders/enquiries daily by email, fax, or phone call.
• Close follow up with business units on fixed / ad-hoc billing; generating monthly report and posting of invoices.
• Coordinate and correspond to customer/sales on the sales order status.
• Coordinate with internal department to ensure smooth deliveries and resolve arising issues in a timely manner.
• Handle export shipments for intercompany and direct overseas customers.
• Prepare the shipping document for local and export shipment.
• Support in investigations of internal / external complains to identify root cause and provide solutions.
• Ensure hazardous substance license from local customers are valid and adhere to the regulation set by NEA and SPF.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in any discipline with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Logistics knowledge and understanding import/export preferred.
• Handling chemicals documentations and deliveries.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• High level of problem-solving skills; Organized, Quality / Meticulous.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills that can complete tasks with proper time management.
• Proficient in SAP.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and attending to customers with a positive and friendly attitude when they arrive for their scheduled appointments
• Managing the appointment booking and room reservations, cashiering, and accurate posting of charges to point of sales systems
• Answering phone calls and maintaining the tidiness of the reception area as well as any other administrative duties which the Company may assign from time to time
• Assisting consultants in the sales of spa service/products where required
