Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and technical consultation to end users and resolve terminal failures of IT equipment;

• Carry out standardized operations, records and follow-up on daily work according to the company's IT service management requirements;

• Responsible for the SLA achievement rate and user satisfaction of various services;

• Able to actively think about service improvements and optimization points, and formulate suggestions or plans;

• Actively observe and report the risks of various front-line IT services;

• Discover and solve user pain points, and assist in establishing various tools or processes to prevent problems from recurring.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above, computer or management related major is preferred, and more than 3 years of IT user support experience;

· Strong communication skills, able to communicate efficiently with various technical or management personnel, VIP support experience is preferred;

· Have rich experience in supporting Windows, Mac OS operating systems, networks, etc., and be able to troubleshoot and provide corresponding solutions to PC software and hardware problems, network problems, application problems, etc.;

· Strong process, quality management and standard implementation capabilities to ensure the uploading, distribution and execution of information;

· Fluent communication skills in Chinese and English

Food and Drinkcs Counter Service Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

· To prepare and serve food and beverages to our members.

· Help plan daily menu for clients.

· Upkeep cleanliness of pantry, work space and juice bar counter.

· Support in-house monthly events for members.

Requirements:

· Experience in preparing local dishes. Basic certificate in Food and Hygiene an advantage.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Passion in customer service.

· Require to work retail operating hours and alternate weekend.

Job Requirements

• Greet and attend to walk-ins

• Take orders in POS system, prepare beverage, serve customers

and clear tables

• Provide and maintain excellent customer service to customers

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries

• Package food and beverages for sale

• Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls

• Ensure and maintain store and personal hygiene

• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering

• Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities as per SOPs

Job Description

· Able to provide recommendation and solution to customer in term of troubleshooting in accordingly to maker’s guidelines.

· Able to hand on and lead a team consists of engineer & technician to carry the job in anchorage, terminal, shipyard or during voyage repairs.

· Prepare Risk Assessment and plan for the work to be carried out.

· Work with internal and external stakeholders.

· Oversee the workshop operations and plan the workload accordingly.

· Responsible for continual improvement

Requirement

· Min Diploma in Marine engineering with 7 or more relevant working experience.

· Good working knowledge in handling multi type of engine (Main Engine or Auxiliary engine)

· Self-starter, team player, strong management skills and possess good analytical skills.

· Able to lead and guide the team for service excellence.

· Able to travel when required at very short notice.
