Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy as a Specialist Customer Relationship Management within the Marketing team.

• Plan and execute initiatives that foster customer excitement, satisfaction, and brand loyalty though customer delight across all digital and physical touchpoints to create a seamless channel integration and a consistently unique brand experience for customers, prospects, and fans.
• Implement and support Customer Relationship Management activities and campaigns to meet all CRM targets and KPIs.
• Support the Sales Funnel Management process by pre-qualifying new leads generated online in close collaboration with sales staff and maintain the CRM system with lead, customer, and vehicle data.
• Ensure that all customer information and data are fed into the CRM system, enrich it with market research data (e.g. customer satisfaction survey, market studies) and provide data driven customer insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders across the organisation.
• Implement and support Customer Relationship Management activities for events, edm blast and managing the inhouse event booking administration tool.
• Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing enquiries and feedback from customers and leads; partner closely with the Sales, Aftersales and Importer team to ensure a seamless customer experience up to brand standards.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare relevant reports for management such as showroom traffic, leads funnels, sales conversion, test drives etc. 
• Support sales team for every car delivery to ensure the delivery gift items are ordered and stocked up.
• Support in marketing projects & reports by tracking the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications, or related fields
• 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Automotive / Luxury sector
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM Systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce)
• A team player with excellent communication, innovation, and analytical skills
• Self-driven and possess a learning attitude

Job Scope
-Resolve request, issues and handle customer inquiries.
-Proactively coordinate with sales team on communicating on customer requirements
-Achieve 90% on time delivery for customer requests
-Monitor the accounts receivable and inventory level by following up with customers and sales team to ensure on-time payment.
-Update and maintain accurate records on customers' status
-Properly identify the right communication method based on the sense of urgency and issue (phone, online chat, text messages, email)
-Providing on job training

A Patient Service Senior Executive is responsible for providing frontline services in areas such as scheduling of appointments, payment collection, liaising with patients and caregivers, and providing advice on invoicing matters. H/She may provide support to clinicians by preparing treatment rooms. H/She is required to perform department operations such as administration of clinic’s appointment resources and slots management. H/She assists in on-the-job training for new patient service associate staff and participates in quality improvement projects and initiatives.

H/She may work in various clinic locations when the needs arise.

H/She should be organised and responsive. She should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide front-desk services:

· Manage and respond to enquiries

· Liaise with patients and other stakeholders to provide services to patients

· Schedule appointments for patients

· Perform registration and necessary discharge procedures for patients

· Provide advice on invoicing matters to patients and Perform payment collection procedures

· Identify situations where patients require additional attention

· Perform service recovery

· Promote use of automated or self-help services, e.g. Patients Satisfaction surveys in-clinic

Support clinic operations:

· Prepare treatment rooms.

· Manage inventories of clinical and non-clinical items

· Conduct training of staff

Perform quality management:

Position Duties

• Focused on Renewing our current clients based on their subscription
• Reactive and proactive approach to meet monthly KPIs of X amount of cash collected
• Data driven and capacity to prepare reporting on his activities with a specific format agreed with the manager
• Outreach to our current clients via calling and emails. The applicant is expected to do 30-40 calls and or emails a day
