· Drive continuous process improvement/KPI in the Order to Cash process

· Travel as needed

· Achieve metrics target - Complaints, Order management, etc.

· Prepare monthly sales reconciliation report and issuance of local tax invoices, Proforma Invoices, Commercial invoices, etc.

· Initiation/Coordination of VAT exemptions (including collection of exemption certificates from customers) at the interface of tax/finance departments

· Manage cash collection process , Handle receivable disputes at the interface of customers and internal stakeholders

· coordinate credit management process with customer related.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

· Diploma with 5-10 years Customer Service or B2B experience

· In-depth SAP knowledge

· Chemical industry experience is preferred

· Knowledge of delivery and payment terms

· Knowledge of warehouse processes, logistics and shipping, international trade

· Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PPT, SharePoint, One Drive

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying faults, troubleshoot, and repair various commercial kitchen equipment.
• Performing repair jobs promptly and efficiently.
• Submitting of daily report for servicing & maintenance functions.
• Ensure all documents are updated upon completion of work
• Ensuring all works comply with the appliance standards and Health and Safety Act.
• Perform equipment quality compliance check.
• Work closely with direct superior to maximize repair rates.
• Maintaining service vehicle in good condition.
• Maintain the work bay and workshop areas in orderly and safe working conditions and exercise good housekeeping practice.

Job Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repairs in electrical machines and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license is preferred.
• Other relevant skills or experience we will consider to be of benefit.
• Basic and/or excellent written (English).

Summary:

The Administrator will provide administrative support to the Sales and Services departments. The Administrator plays an important role in the Sales and Service departments in ensuring customer satisfaction through the accuracy and efficiency of their work. They often act as a liaison on behalf of their assigned sales & service team and customers when dealing with other departments to ensure customers’ needs and demands are being met.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders and oversees the order process by handling the review of purchase order terms, communicating the order acknowledgment, order status, and delivery details.
• Updates the sales order details in our CRM systems.
• Handles Local Purchases pertaining to Orders.
• Update orders into Business Report accurately twice weekly. Ensure revenue is recognized as planned and submit revenue forecast report twice a month.
• Maintains purchase orders, customer documents and files in accordance with our ISO guidelines while ensuring the data integrity of our CRM system.Maintains the Service Management System -Astea database:
• Entering information from service reports,
  Maintenance agreements, and other customer services information documents phone contacts with customers.
  
• Handles a wide variety of situations and conflicts by effectively communicating the needs and concerns of the customer which may require escalation when appropriate.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Attributes:

1 - 2 years of prior administrative experience

Ability to follow directions accurately and finish tasks in a timely manner.

Bilingual or Trilingual candidates are preferred (English + Vietnamese/Thai/Malay)

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and good judgment are essential.

Interpersonal skills are required to ensure calls are managed in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.

Requires experience in handling multiple work assignments concurrently and independently.

Proficient in using MS Office Applications; such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
