1) The Personnel is to support students who require highlyindividualised, targeted and intensive intervention and support. The

Personnel will:

a) engage and check in with high needs/at risk students in timely

and regular conversations

b) be required to do home visit

c) be a positive role model/ significant adult to the high needs/at risk

students

d) be required to work with parents of high needs/at risk students

e) organise programme for high needs/at risk students

2) The Personnel is to support high needs/at risk students in 5 areas:

a) Academic support (low progress learners)

b) Social emotional (self-harm, trauma, mental health)

c) Behaviour/ Attendance (irregular attendance, long-term

absentees)

d) Social skills (peer relation issue)

e) Vulnerable (lack of adult role models)

3) The Personnel is to support students daily on after school

engagement programme (Gear-up Programme). The Personnel will:

a) be responsible in the daily operation of Gear-up room

b) work with members of Student Development Team (SDT) and/or

Youth Worker (if any) on after school engagement programme

(Gear-up Programme) to engage students meaningful.

4) The Personnel is to manage the updating of case summary notes of

students engaged and compilation of cases. The Personnel will:

a) update the cases under his/her charge via case summary note

b) ensure all engagement details are recorded in the case summary

and email to members of SDT and school leaders

c) promptly update or highlight to Year Heads if there is/are any

self-harm or suicide ideation case or any cases that required

immediate attention

d) ensure the safe-keeping and confidentiality of such records and

details

e) be required to sign the ‘UNDERTAKING TO SAFEGUARD

OFFICIAL INFORMATION’ document

5) The Personnel is to work with members of Student Development

Team to assist Year Heads, Assistant Year Heads, HOD CCE , HOD

SM and SH SM and members of the Student Development Team to

oversee and complete assigned work related to support high needs

and at risk students.

6) The Personnel will:

a) assist the Year Heads to liaise with external organisations, such

as Family Service Centres, Community Centres, etc, in matters

relating to dealing with high need and at-risk students

b) not make decisions on behalf of Year Heads but will forward the

report, invitation or information to the Year Heads for further action

Responsibilities:

• Perform customers’ orders processing and arrange for shipment
• Providing sales support, pricing support as well as assisting in sales campaigns to maximize sales profitability

Job Description

· Ensure customer bookings are promptly documented, processed and reviewed for accuracy and completeness;

· Input export job reference;

· Any special shipment requirements shall be resolved with the shipper prior accepting the booking;

· Keep Sales Personnel informed about their bookings;

· Upon receipt of booking from shipper, Customer Service will book shipment direct with shipping lines or our consol for both FCL and LCL cargo;

· After confirmation of space with shipping lines or consol, Customer Service will advise shipper via email or fax;

· Customer Service will proceed to arrange the trucking and collection of cargo if customer require this service;

· Any changes in vessel details or delay in arrival date will be made known to shipper via phone or email by Customer Service;

· Ensure all cargoes send in good condition and if any damage shall revert to customer immediately.

a) Customer Service

• Attend to the daily operations of the centre, including ensuring proper housekeeping and serviceability of facilities and availability of material resources (eg toilet rolls)
• Assist with centre programs support, National Silver Academy (NSA) claims verification and attendance taking of clients and visitors to the centre.
• Assist clients with Skillsfuture applications where required.
• Preparation of venue and logistics for courses and other events. Ensure facility is in compliant with necessary health regulations, kept clean and tidy, and centre programs run smooth.
• Attend to general enquiries and feedback from customers and cross-selling of courses, talks and activities (held onsite and online).
• Assist with pre and post course/event preparations.
• Ensure new clients have been registered with member form and Active Aging Centre (AAC) consent completed and necessary documentation entered and uploaded into Salesforce
• Ensure accuracy and timely entry in salesforce i.e. new members creation, new events creation and marking of attendance
• Ensure daily reconciliation of takings with tracker.
• Follow up on payout and verification of Skillsfuture claims.
• Any other administrative role that may be assigned to you.

b) Programs Administration

• Ensure that trainers and Finance are informed of final number of participants 5 days prior to course commencement date.
• Have oversight on programs and offering by Brahm Centre and the availability of slots for courses in order to promote and maximise sales for courses and activities
• To host and facilitate centre events where required
• To support centre for any onsite or offsite outreach events where required
