Job Responsibilities:

• Attending to patient phone calls, messages and enquiry emails
• Managing appointment schedules
• Patient recalls
• Registration and discharging of patients
• Payment collection
• Dispensing of medication and post-op instructions
• Contacting respective laboratories for pick up
• Administrative tasks such as medisave and insurance submissions, payments and reconciliation

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Assist Customer Support Manager and Business Development Directors with account-related problems.
• Skilled in providing aftersales support: creating sales quotes, following up until deals close, and generating routine reports like Customer Status and Monthly Sales Reports.
• Handle customer queries or complaints professionally, finding timely solutions and involving all parties for resolution.
• Communicate regularly with external customers, fostering positive relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams for account issues, attend meetings for job initiation and completion, and assist with ad-hoc reports.
• Manage shipping, invoicing, and logistic coordination.
