Job Purpose

JOB SUMMARY:

Perform Line Maintenance work on Aircraft In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems and other aircraft equipment to ensure the serviceability and functionality of the system to ensure passenger experience is not affected. Carry out systems troubleshooting using PL 500 / PL 1500 / PL 2000 / PL 3000 / PL 3500, electronic theories, and test equipment. Remove and replace Line Replaceable Unit (LRU), Seat End, Head End in accordance with the Authority Regulations, policies, and procedures. Complete all administrative duties associated with the maintenance actions performed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

IFEC and Aircraft Systems Maintenance:

• Performing maintenance tasks, which include component replacement, adjustments, inspections, functional tests, and its certification, which includes but is not limited to removing and replacing components in accordance with all applicable documentation (AMM).
• Troubleshoot system failures down to Line Replaceable Units (LRU), head-end, seat-end, cabling, harnesses, or any other aircraft systems and perform functional tests post rectification.
• Perform Cabin Sweep in accordance with Panasonic LMPs and revert findings.
• Perform Built-in test equipment (BITE) and manual test.
• Assist Software and Media Loading.
• Assist MAFs
• Clean components and equipment racks if applicable in accordance with Maintenance Service Agreement.
• Complete aircraft documentation in accordance with customer-specific requirements
• Ensure timely escalation and coordination and be in close contact with the Lead or Supervisor for any issues encountered when performing the assigned task at the aircraft.

• Assist in the management of airside inventory, cycle counting, and toolbox inventory.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for all quality matters in the Maintenance Services. Responsible for the development and administration of the quality and safety system to ensure compliance with the airworthiness requirements. Direct responsibility for all matters affecting airworthiness and regulatory requirements.

Quality and Regulatory Compliance :

• Ensure quality compliance with the aviation regulatory requirements and PAC quality policies and procedures. Maintain a quality system that is in compliance with the various aviation regulatory requirements such as SAR145, FAR145, EASA145, CCAR145, etc.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments in areas of quality and certification, such as FAR Part 21.

Manages the function and staff encompassing information technology infrastructure needs across the enterprise including local area networks (LAN), wireless networks (WLAN), wide area networks (WAN), firewalls, servers, network load balancers (NLB), application delivery controllers (ADC), voice/communication systems (PBX/UC), network/server monitoring tools (NMS/SNMP/WMI), storage, and data backup/recovery.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentor existing team members and ensuring that the staff provides excellent end user support.
• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
• Project management for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades and migrations locally and regionally.
• Work closely with regional offices in providing IT support functions. This includes and not limited to setup of user account, PC setup and configuration, troubleshooting of hardware issue and escalation of issue to appropriate party till eventual resolution.
• Provides technical expertise (tactical and operations initiatives) to the regional offices.
• Lead and provide operational support for all data centres, server rooms, servers (both on-premise and Cloud) and network equipment across the organisation, including IT Asset management.
• Sets, monitors, provides and reinforces overall team performance feedback, including performance improvement and recommendations with respect to rewards, reassignment and if needed, corrective action.
• Assist the relevant teams in the fulfillment of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) and Cyber Security Incident Response Plan.
• Provide technical support and administration for Windows and non-windows Servers, desktop computers, notebook computers, printers and peripheral devices.
• Drives infrastructure planning, engineering, deployment, maintenance and customer support.
• Ensures systems performance and service-level requirements are met.
• Manages IT resource requirements to ensure appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands.
• Implements IT continuous improvement programs within enterprise guidelines.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity for a medium/large organization or in outsourced IT company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory topology and in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft network environment with working experience.
• Good knowledge in firewall and router configuration.

SUMMARY:

You will collaborate with Global Commodity Management team in developing & implementing commodity strategies based on existing and future spend, demand, supply challenges, and marketplace conditions, ensuring alignment with the business needs and project objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop & execute global commodity strategies aligned with company objectives for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Manager relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement processes for critical commodities.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply-demand dynamics to optimize cost, quality, and delivery of materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure alignment on commodity strategies.
• Identidy andn mitigate supply chain risks, develop contingency plans, and implement sustainable sourcing practices.
• Lead a team of commodity specialists to drive supplier performance, cost reduction initiatives, and supply chain efficiency.
• Drive continues improvement initiatives in procerement processess, vendor selections, and supplier relationship management.
• Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on commodity management effectiveness.
• Develop, implement and measure a Regional Business plan that fully meets the needs of our business sectors (i.e. commodity strategies, policies, procedures & system, supply base development, Regional infrastructure, price management etc.).
• Demonstrate expertise in assigned commodities and fully competent in all aspects of supply chain Management including commodities not directly assigned.
• Lead contract negotiation and overall management with supplier to ensure supplier compliance on Warranty/Quality/Inventory/Supply commitment are legally binded.
• Support to lead and strategize the Commodity organization, resource planning, training and coaching to team members.
• Conduct regular suppliers’ performance evaluations, driving continuous improvement and identifying areas for cost optimization.
• Oversee commodity inventory levels, analyse demand patterns, and implement strategies to optimize inventory management.
• Develop effective relationships with Business Unit Management to ensure that Supply Chain Management is fully involved with new business opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
• Offer new, innovative and entrepreneurial ideas and suggestions for improvement. Identify and implement new practices and processes that are “best in class.”

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree qualification in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration/Engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 6 years of relevant Supplier Commodity or Sourcing Management with engineering experience preferably in Semiconductor/Manufacturing/Engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of pricing models, industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge in mechanical commodities and electronic commodities.
• Excellent in multi-tasking as well as written, influencing & negotiation skills to drive process improvements to enhance & streamline process maturity and optimizing team work and synergy in the organisation.
• Experience in software, ERP systems.
• High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence and passion for success.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams in both bilingual.
• Ability to handle market competition and pressure, maintaining a positive attitude in high-intensity work environments.
• Resourceful and meticulous.

Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job)

To be in Charge of the execution of all Solar Installation works inclusive of planning, scheduling, controlling, coordination and ensure works carried out are in accordance to approved shop drawings / specification and complete within the completion date. In addition, budget control and contract administration.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

• Contract administration inclusive of budget control and cost improvements
• Evaluate costing received for Solar Installation works
• Vet through shop drawings to ensure these are in compliance to technical specifications / authority requirements prior to submission
• Liaise and have meetings with Clients and Consultants on technical resolution / clarification, inspection and submission
• To be the lead contact point for all Project issues
• To attend weekly site meeting
• To build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship and meet Client’s expectations
• To manage, coordinate, work and oversee managers, engineers, all workers, subcontractors and vendors to ensure proper work execution and good workmanship
• To plan, implement, track the work progress and submit weekly progress report so as to ensure that the project executed is on time and within budget.
• To monitor project cost including variation works and submission of supporting documents

(B) General :

• To prepare and submit progress reports.
• To maintain proper documentation for all projects.
• To coordinate and work with other departments.
• To engage, coordinate and oversee all project works to ensure successful completion and handing over to Clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

(C ) Safety:

• To follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Well-versed with installation of M&E services and builder’s works.
• Experienced in the Execution and Commissioning of Solar Systems and Load Sizing of Solar Systems.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Independent & Team player.
• Proactive and able to take initiative.
• Good in negotiation.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.

(C) Experience :

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
