What You Will Do

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Assistant Manager/ Manager, HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team. Reporting to the HR Director, Ship Management Asia, the incumbent will partner with the business units to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives for their line of business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to onboarding, performance management, work pass administration, compliance with employment laws and regulations, and other related activities. Partner with business units to understand their objectives and challenges, and develop HR strategies and initiatives to support their goals.
