The Account Manager is experienced in integrated communications, digital and social. He/She will be responsible for managing clients, coordinating internal resources and leading agency to meet clients’ marketing and advertising needs. Responsibilities:

Integrated Campaign Management

Responsibilities:

· Minimum 3 to 6 years of integrated / digital experience in the advertising industry

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off
