Job Descriptions

Requirements

• Minimum a basic degree in any discipline, with a least 3 years in similar role; priority shall be given to those with relevant connections or work experience with EV manufacturers, battery/ battery cell factories, battery cathode and cathode materials, public transportation, BMS, etc.

• Proven track records in business development and negotiation capabilities

• Strong analytical skills with problem solving abilities; self-reliant

• Tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience

• Good communication skills (written & verbal)

• Able to contribute individually and team play simultaneously

• Able to make business related travels (20-35% of time)

• To identify and establish distribution and marketing channels, as well as database acquisition and maintenance that support or strengthen the goal of each restaurant and bar, including top line sales, or access to new, high value loyalty members and customers.
• To track, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing strategies and statics, as well as community partnership developed for each restaurant and bar to determine top line sales impact and ROI.
• The duties may include corporate social responsibility, staff recruitment, staff performance review, staff training and managing disciplinary issue (if any).

Assist the project manager, lead the team to complete the project manager's work objectives and progress. Assist Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and receive the rebar sent to the site. Record the necessary data.
Core Responsibilities 1. Attend daily toolbox meeting and workers briefing at 7:30 a.m.
2. Assist BBS to receive reinforcement materials sent to the site

3. Familiar with architectural drawings and structural drawings

4. Communicate and implement project manager's objectives to ensure work progress, quality and safety meet customer requirements.

5. Teach and personally demonstrate how to erect stirrups, install and bind rebar.

6. Check the size, quantity and spacing of steel bars. Ensure the quality of completed rebars meets the requirements of consultant's Specification and PE Design Requirements.
7. Following RE or RTO on site to carry out the inspection and rectification the defect, then hand over to the concrete supervisor for concrete casting.

8. Achieve efficiency targets set by the company and site Project Manager.

9. Report daily progress, quality, safety and efficiency to the project manager before the end of work.

Job Specifications 1. Passed the test of steel bar skills of BCA. Qualified BCSS certificate.
2. Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawings, Basic drawing recognition skills, able to read the material list and drawings of BBS.
3. Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
4. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

- Follow on site daily PM plan (customer site). Report to PM Team leader

- Process quartz PM: support change quartz tube, loading quartz jigs, injectors etc

- New & old parts arrangement & logistic (maintenance room, store to tool side)

- Preparation & housekeeping of PM jigs & tools

- Perform robot PM: parts cleaning & greasing, replacement of sensors, motors, motor drivers etc

- Installation of vacuum valves, fore line pipes, heater jackets

- Support tool owner engineer to do technical activities in fab: trouble shoot, modification, installation, de-installation

- Support 6S & logistic activities (parts cleaning, arrangement, labelling, housekeeping

Work 5 days / week. 8 hours per day.

Swing shift to work on weekend (Tuesday to Saturday / Sunday to Thursday)
