• Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with our customer base in Asia Pacific as a Technical Key Account Manager
• Provide technical consultation based on detailed knowledge of our customers’ technical and organizational set-up and business needs
• Coordinate changes of customer connectivity to Deutsche Börse’s platforms, including potential improvements to customers’ current technical infrastructure
• Coordinate release changes and support release management with internal and external parties
• Support Deutsche Börse customers by answering queries via phone and email, including call logging, ticket creation and escalation
• Offer additional support to Eurex Trading Operations during Asia time zone for market operations

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Information Technology, natural sciences or engineering
• Strong organizational and communication skills, team skills, team oriented philosophy, willingness to learn permanently and problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
• Sound analytical skills as well as good understanding and anticipation of customers’ technical requirements and needs
• Work pro-actively, independently, goal-oriented and demonstrate initiative
• Written and spoken German language is a business requirement
• The following IT-skills will be considered as an advantage:

- Profound knowledge about Client-Server Architectures

Your new role

• Work closely with the sales lead of Asia to develop the business in this region.
