1. Job Purpose

The Director/Deputy Director of Digital Services is responsible to drive NHG’s digital transformation efforts and associated change management for population health plans, relationship based care and integrated care with primary and community care providers and partners. He/She will support the leadership in business transformation efforts through the implementation of digital strategy and digital products in alignment with the overall business needs and plans. In particular, he/she will work closely with the Chief Clinical Informatics Officer (CCIO) and the Population Health Management and Planning team of Population Health Campus in the development of the digital strategy and data strategy for the our residents and patients. He/she will also work closely with the Digital Health department at NHG HQ and stakeholders such as MOH, Synapxe to ensure congruency and alignment.

He/she shall lead the Digital Services team to ensure smooth and effective engagement, implementation and evaluation, in accordance with the goals and objectives and developed strategies under Population Health. This involves collaboration with key stakeholders both internally and externally to understand their digital needs and identify opportunities for transformation and improvement.
