Job Description:

1) Sales Leadership

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the APAC WSO and lead deployment strategies to optimize sales effectiveness on-property, including achievement of individuals’ sales and team goals. This involves analyzing market trends in the different key source markets, identifying opportunities, and defining sales targets and objectives, in line with global objectives.

· Develop worldwide sales strategic growth plan to capture outbound travel market share potential in China – as a priority and India.

· Assist in developing a strategic sales plan for the region and translate it into specific and measurable segments. Collaborate with property sales leader to ensure successful implementation by the sales team.

· Provide sales leadership and ongoing guidance for all hotel sales activities, encompassing transient, group, and F&B/catering as relevant, both operational and during pre-opening/conversions in the defined territory.

2) Leadership & Oversight

3) Revenue Generation

· Responsible for coming up with strategies and ideas that drive net-revenue growth in line with our Corporate and Commercial Strategy and driving sales effectiveness (i.e., better conversion). This includes providing leadership and guidance to support WSO team members and their ability to meet annual business planning objectives.

4) Cross-team Collaboration

· To deliver the above accountabilities, this role is expected to work in partnership with several teams across the organization. We have built a number of global centers of expertise that should be leveraged including Guest Insights & Experience, Data & Analytics, Global Brand & Marketing and Revenue Mgmt. and Distribution. Gathering insights, frameworks and guidance from these teams will ensure that the WSO Strategy also supports the overall organizational goals.

5) Sales Pipeline

· In partnership with Senior Sales roles, review, and update how we monitor sales pipelines, analyze sales metrics, and implement tactics to improve our sales effectiveness. This also includes providing input and feedback on how our Sales Operations can enable WSO personnel.

6) Events & Conferences

· Identify opportunities and run/attend key Sales events and conferences (internal and external) that either help develop the performance of the APAC WSO personnel and/or increase FS brand exposure across the APAC region to drive revenue.

7) New Launches

· Prior to the appointment of Director of Marketing for new properties in the APAC region, provide direct sales support to begin building sales pipeline.

The Senior Associate Director/ Deputy Director will be responsible for the review, prioritisation, commercialisation, and business development activities of NUS intellectual property (IP) in the Technology Transfer and Innovation (TTI) Department. The Systems Librarian is a member of the Library’s professional team, reporting to the Library Director. The position actively participates in the planning, development and management of the Library’s information systems and applications, to support students and faculty in their research, teaching and learning activities. The Librarian contributes substantively to a variety of Library and University initiatives and projects, through committees, working groups and project teams.

Job Description

• Lead, plan and develop library IT strategies and initiatives to provide reliable and efficient information access and the best possible user experience.
• Manage, support and enhance the Library’s discovery service Primo VE, library services platform Alma, and content and access management services, and their integration/ interoperability and data interchange with campus and vendor systems, to improve processes and interfaces.
• Identify and evaluate emerging trends, developments, practices and technologies in information technology and academic libraries, digital libraries, resource discovery, library assessment and data management, and make recommendations for adoption, as appropriate, for a digital-first library.
• Oversee the design and development of user/web interfaces, including library website and Springshare applications.
• Work with staff, Campus IT Services, partners and vendors on hardware, software and data issues as well as on projects and activities involving the Library’s systems and services.
• Coordinate the design, reporting and evaluation of data gathered from library systems, web analytics and other sources to support assessment and evidence-based decision making and service provision. Monitor and the performance of systems and discovery services.
• Establish policies, standards, practices, procedures and workflows for library IT, discovery and account-related services, and ensure operational efficiency and compliance with University policies.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the Library and Lead and/or participate in library-wide initiatives and systems and technology related projects.
• Engage in continuous professional development, and serve the Library and University through representation on internal and external committees, where required.

Job Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience with library management systems, federated search services, digital asset management systems, electronic resource management systems, proxy servers, web portals/websites, and mobile applications as well as the provision of library services including reference, instructional and outreach services support and instruction, preferably in an academic library.
• Experience with Ex Libris Alma and Primo VE, web technologies and proficient in a variety of applications, tools, and web technologies including HTML, CSS, AngularJS, XML/XSLT, AWK, SED.
• Familiarity with web publishing tools such as LibGuides and WordPress.
• Knowledge of metadata standards and protocols represented in library information systems, including MARC, MARCXML, OAI-PMH, OpenURL, Bibframe, Dublin Core.
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Highly service-oriented and user-centric with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

As a Digital Sales Development Manager, you will work with and develop a team focused on sourcing and nurturing demand to grow SAP’s Cloud ERP & SuccessFactors footprint, working with SAP & Partners resources, as well as Customers.

The Sales Development Manager manages a team of Sales Development resources whose mission is to extend SAP's market coverage by generating new pipeline for SAP SuccessFactors.

The Sales Development Manager management goals are:
1. To produce high quality pipeline with a high conversion rate to bookings for the target business segment.
2. To develop SDE talent into the future Account Executives
3. To operate with excellence, taking data-driven business decisions to optimize Demand Generation tactics, and running an operating model with rock solid business process execution.

The Digital Sales Development Manager will be responsible for coordinating, orchestrating and executing the DG plan of the targeted accounts. Your responsibilities include:

Overall Management

1. Sales Strategy:
• Communicate SAP's overall Sales & Marketing Strategy to all stakeholders internally and externally
• Identify key areas (regional, industry segment, solution segment, etc.) of the Inside Sales route-to-market which enables SAP's growth within assigned segment and territory.
• Prioritize these areas according to market potential and develops feasible implementation plans in accordance with regional and local business requirements and ensures an ongoing review process in order to be able to timely react on competitive challenges and market dynamics
• Ensure implementation of processes for Lead Generation, Demand Generation and Deal Execution in conjunction with Field Sales, Marketing, Digital Hub Leaders, Sales Innovation and Optimization team, Sales Operations, Channel, Solutions and other key stakeholders as required

2. Sales Management:
• Responsible for coverage and execution of entire territory incl. quota, top deal status review, forecast on revenue and net new names by customer segment, routes to market (direct vs. indirect), education and consulting where assigned and other dimensions as assigned
• Promote an effective approach to improve the Inside Sales route-to-market in assigned territory taking the regional / local market dynamics into account
• Oversee and is accountable for the recruitment, development and management of the Sales Development Executives (SDE) and assigning appropriate territory & focus areas where needed.
Oversees the fulfilment of key sales KPIs (quota, budget, channel mix, mix of target and territory account business) on a regional / MU level
• Accountable for managing the SDEs pipeline to ensure attainment of Inside Sales business unit targets and performance goals
• Manage and drive sales execution according to business targets in order to significantly contribute to SAP ambitious growth and acquisition of new customers in the area assigned
• Review status of top deals and accounts, and opportunities plans for key deals requiring senior management support
• Promotes appropriate involvement of partners in sales cycles for target and territory accounts in order to drive aspired indirect revenue target and achieve target profitability within assigned territory(ies)
• Coordinates the SDEs sales activities with broader sales, marketing and solution initiatives to ensure this is part of an integrated sales approach
• Monitors execution of activities, identifies risks and defines / implements activities to prevent critical situations

3. Pipeline and Demand Management:
• Ensure healthy pipeline is in place for assigned area of responsibility: designs Demand Generation activities jointly the regional SAP leadership, as well as their peer Demand Management leaders (Marketing, Go-To-Market, Partner and Eco-system)
• Regularly review the pipeline, consolidates and communicates pipeline progression and revenue forecast to Channel Head and/or MU leader and other key stakeholders as required

4. Territory / Account Planning:
• Ensure sales territories are defined and accounts are allocated, reviews performance on a regular base and requests adjustments necessary
• Allocate appropriate resources and targets in the light of territory potential, coverage needs and channel capacity & capability; reviews resource allocation on a regular basis and adjusts accordingly
• Conduct regular business review meetings or forecast calls

Campaign Execution & Lead Management:
1. Relationship Management
• Plan, build and maintain strong business relationships with key strategic customers, partners and executives on a regional and local level to help drive target business segment Sales strategic priorities
• Ensure successful roll out of programs and offerings in key markets in close cooperation with SAP's internal units, via partners and/or leveraging marketing events.
• Monitors success of target business segment Sales programs and offerings, evaluates results based on common targets and initiates enhancement of activities in order to drive SAP's growth targets.

2. Deal Support / Escalation Management
• Supports target business segment Sales team in top deals / complex sales opportunities whenever high degrees of seniority, industry knowledge and knowledge of the overall strategy are required.
• Handles issues within the organization that require management attention.
• Ensures timely roll-in of customers' requirements regarding necessary advancements of Solutions, Processes, Systems and Tools

3. Leadership / People Development
• Drives the execution of ongoing training and coaching programs to ensure high level of expertise and effectiveness, high employee satisfaction and increased sales readiness for all individuals in assigned territory.
• Drives business and operational change within the team to drive highest levels of employee satisfaction.
• Initiates recruiting and drives evaluation process of new team members in the light of coverage needs.
• Manages and motivates the team to meet goals and to introduce innovative strategies for successful coverage.
• Manages productivity of all team members.

Experience

• 10 years of experience in Demand Generation or Inside Sales environment.
• Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer facing experience, phone-centric work.
• High volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM/ Contact Management System.

• Fluency in English required.

• Fluency in any other regional language preferred.
• Master or equivalent business experience.
