The Technical Director, will have the wealth of industry experience to partner with leadership to determine existing technical capabilities, current obstacles to business environment and future opportunities to create roadmaps to rejuvenate the engineering profession. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Collaborate with leadership team and technical directors to determine existing technical capabilities and future needs

· Provide expertise advice on design quality on infrastructure and building projects and develop expertise of sharing capability within the teams

· Act as a technical adviser for younger engineers in the design and project management of projects.

REQUIREMENTS

· Master or bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline

· More than 25 years of multi-disciplinary project management experience in relevant industry sectors

· Registered with the Professional Board of Engineers/ Board of Architects (except PM and Power)

· Experience in design, design development and contract administration work

· Proven team leader with strong leadership and people skills. Able to plan, organize and deliver project deliverables and bottom line

What You Can Expect

As a key member of the Workforce Planning & Talent Development Department, you will have to lead the team to conduct workforce and manpower planning exercise and review the plan with the organisation.
