The Park Manager is responsible for the operation of the attraction and ensuring the safety of the guests. Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, he/she enhances the enjoyment of their guests by providing hands-on guidance to any queries raised which are specific to the attraction. He/she is also knowledgeable on first-level mechanical issues related to the attraction, and is able to raise the issue to the relevant maintenance staff after conducting a first-level triage of any mechanical or operational concerns. Able to work on a shift system, he/she is comfortable with working in an outdoor environment, be on their feet for long hours, and needs to maintain a flexible work-week including weekends and public holidays.

· Support attractions operations

• Assist in regulating queue times according to queue management approach and methods
• Assist in directing crowd flows through the attractions site
• Provide feedback to management team on improving ground operations
• Ensure guests have valid ticket for the relevant activities at the site
• Ensure cleanliness of site at all times
• Operate attractions rides

• Deliver excellent guest service in line with developed procedures

• Handle any attractions-related enquiries and assist any team members when required

This role encompasses various responsibilities:

1. Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, projects and services.

2. Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, projects, services provided, and persons affected.

3. Managing paperwork associated with contracts, projects and services provided.

4. Working with Operations Managers, Technical Service Team, Diving Supervisor and owners and others to ensure that goals are met.

5. Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions.

6. Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders.

7. Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the project.

8. Collecting and analyzing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes.

Requirement:

1. Diving experience

2. 5-10 years experience in project Management in repair jobs in diving.

The primary responsibilities include media management and engagement, crafting clear messages for the full range of public communications materials, executing communications activities, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement communication plans to generate public awareness and understanding of the work done by TAFEP and TADM.
• Media relations — assess and attend to media queries, forum page letters, and build relationships with journalists.
• Crafting of content, copywriting and editing.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Communications or relevant discipline – like Public Relations, Mass Communications or Journalism.
• Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Corporate Communications Journalism or related fields.
• Strong writing skills with ability to develop creative ideas.
• Good interpersonal skills to relate to individuals from all levels and areas.
• Good project management skills.
• Keen in current affairs, and the employment and media landscape.

· Preparation of full set of accounts (Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Reconciliations);

· Preferably with regional exposure;

· Involved in posting of entries and reconciliations to accounts;

· Prepare schedules for accruals, pre-payments, debtors, creditors, expenses, etc. on an accurate and timely basis;

· Ensure full set of accounts and documentations are properly maintained and handle external audit requirements;

· Preparation of annual tax information and quarterly GST returns;

Requirements

· At least 2.5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles

· Degree in finance or accounting

· Solid hands-on experience in preparing full set of accounts

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
