The Education Consultant serve as the point of contact between Tree Art and prospective customers. The incumbent identifies and educate prospective customers on the Company’s course curriculum and supports customers by providing information and assistance with closing.

Main Duties:

• Actively seek, follow up and close on sales leads.
• Engage in effective sales pitch through familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programme.
• Promote Tree Art courses, introduce and explain curriculum information to prospective customers.
• Identify and recommend on course curriculum that are tailored to customer’s needs and objectives.
• Liase closely with customers to address all course inquiries (ie; walk-in/online platforms) with closure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire process of staff and workers' training courses, including coordination between internal staff and training vendors, managing course registration and confirmation, conducting post-training evaluations, and maintaining training records and certifications.
• Support the updating and maintenance of internal Training policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), flow charts, training calendar, and training materials.
• Maintain and update training administration, staff records, training budget, and HR system.
• Assist in following up on mentorship, performance appraisal, and staff career planning progression, including activities and communication related to these processes.

The Assistant Training Manager plays a critical role in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs for the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Training Manager in all aspects of training, from planning and development to implementation, evaluation, and administrative tasks. The Assistant Training Manager is instrumental in enhancing employee engagement and promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Design and Delivery:

• Collaborate with the Training Manager to plan and develop learning campaigns, events, and training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct orientation sessions and deliver relevant training sessions to new and existing employees.
• Create engaging brochures, training materials, multimedia visual aids, and presentations to facilitate effective learning.
