Job Description

The Documentum Support Analyst reports to the COE lead and maintains responsibility in managing and supporting Organisation's global Documentum system. This position represents the module expertise for Documentum Capital Projects in MOPS, supporting ongoing projects which rely heavily on document exchanges with client's system. He/She will work closely with the Document Control Team in terms of technical support and ensuring services are delivered according to the IES service level agreement (SLA).investigate non-syncing issues and interpret for error messages for ‘’TIE’’ Web.
re-solve all system issues (Documentum and TIE web).
monitor DCP-TIE portal daily for any document exchange / transmission issues.
train new joiner on using Document CP, TIE Web, BOX.
attend client meeting & re-solve issues pertaining to technical errors.
review comparison report (PIMS, CP, STID) and to assign tasks to DC, IES or EQN.
engage AMS support team for Document enhancement request.
monitor BOX performance on a daily basis.
assist DC task (such as replacement file in CP).
send automatically via ‘’TIE’’ once ‘’Review Class Status’’ provided, ‘’Internal Review Completed’’ in PIMS.
have a monthly / weekly discussion with DC Team on new implementation in DCP or discrepancies in system.
provisioning of missing files (native, PDF, generated PDF) that are not uploaded in PIMS/STID during normal sync operation.
monitor Incoming / Outgoing CRS.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in related field
5 years’ experience in Documentum and D2 with rollout and ongoing support.
Minimum 3 full life cycle implementation experience from design to go-live for Documentum and D2 modules
Strong communication and/partner skills with end users with non-technical background
Strong hands-on and support experience with Document CP 16.2 / 20.4
2 to 3 end to end implementation cycles experience and maintenance of global instance of Documentum D2/Capital projects (Prefer experience with version 4.6 D2 and Capital Projects version 1.10)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience coordinating with onsite/Offshore team members
Must have hands on knowledge in implementing Documentum and D2 modules
Efficient in analyzing business requirements, needs and objectives and mapping them to
Documentum/D2 configurations

• Establish ties to all APAC sub-regions across JCI’s product and offering, to support solutions and pre sales engineering to the respective sales teams and win with our customers.
• Help communicate awareness of the CoE deliverables & capabilities and better enable the enterprise sales support by expanding global CoE network.
• Standardize process improvement activities to help identify quick wins that support building long term strategies that drive sales growth.

Manage seamsless connection pf CoE Global Network Connection to Global Lifecycle Solutions

• To be the bridge between between the CoE Sales Support Network and the Buildings, Technologies and Life cycle solutions usiness by providing timely feedback on commercialization of products and services.
• Help prove proof of concept for the sales support of new products and services.
• Prepare the CoE’s pre/post-sales engineering teams to support all new product and innovation.
• Track involvement via SFDC to ensure it is shared with the greater team.
• In conjunction with the CoE and APAC commercial and all engineering teams, develop and maintains the long term sales support strategy.

Standardize and Deliver

• Lead and manage teams to drive consistent process through the CoE Network to ensure simplifications, repeatable process, efficiencies and workload balancing are scalable an implemented throughout the Johnson Controls Enterprise.
• Manage sales support optimization efforts by being an advocate for CoE capabilities, understanding issues and opportunities by product type and leading the execution of sales support optimization programs.
• Identifies best sales support practices and facilitates the propagation of these practices throughout the business.
• Continually performs evaluations to identify future opportunities for improvement and barriers to achieving strategic and financial objectives.

What we look for:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar focus from an accredited university.
• Strong understanding of Johnson Controls products and offering across Building Industry segments.
• Knowledge of JCI BAS and Digital Solutions products.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees/management. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving capabilities.
• Ability to own, drive and run new projects.
• Understanding of Pre & Post Sales Engineering practices and able to drive consistency in complex global situations.
• Familiarity with IT systems as they relate to financial functions and operational areas.
• Excellent PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. Willingness to travel (30%).

A Research Assistant position is currently available in the Temasek Laboratories@NTU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize the slurry formulations for 3D printing.
• Scale up the printed ceramic dimensions and tackle the potential challenges
• Improve the material properties to fulfill design requirement
• Draft technical report and manuscript for publication
• Mentor PhD/FYP students

Job Requirements:

• Minimally Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science & Engineering with 2nd upper honors
• At least 1 year’s relevant experience in material research. Work experience in ceramic processing is preferred
• Experience in 3D printing of materials and using SolidWork or other digital model building software is preferred
• Excellent academic record
• Preferably with published 1-2 peer-reviewed papers
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent teamwork awareness
• Good communication and writing in English
• Self-motivation, strong responsibility for research/ work
