Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead role, preferably within the oil and gas industry and FPSO projects.
• Strong knowledge of FPSO electrical systems, including high-voltage and low-voltage systems, power distribution, and control systems.
• Proficiency with electrical engineering software (e.g., ETAP, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
• Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC) and classification society rules (ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s Register).
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with experience in troubleshooting complex electrical issues in offshore environments.

Procurement

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for construction materials, plants, equipments and its related ancillary services, ensuring alignment with company goals, quality and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favourable pricing and payment terms and ensure long-term partnerships.
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct regular supplier performance reviews, and address any issues or disputes that may arise.
• Monitor and track supplier performance, including on-time delivery, quality control, and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to procurement and construction sector.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and analysis related to procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.

Facilities Management

WHAT YOU DO

• Support the full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes recruitment and selection, employee relations, payroll management, insurance renewals, training and development
• Responsible for the full payroll functions
• Well versed with WPOL and EPOL applications and guidelines
• Hands on experience handling work injury and insurance claims
• Execute HR operational functions related to employees' data management, leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, etc.
• Review policies and process flows
• Develop an internal work plan to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
• Ensure the organization is in compliance with MOM statutory requirements
• Promote staff awareness of workplace safety and health, communicate and educate staff on the Workplace Safety Act together with the Workplace Safety Consultant
• Manage and supervise the Office Admin Function (such as office rental, office workspace allocation, wellness program, staff pass, stationeries, pantry, etc)

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience (specifically in HR Governance, people risk management, HR budgeting, and Office Administration), with at least 3-5 years in a people management role
• Well versed and knowledgeable in HRIS System, preferably CuteOffice
• Experience in rolling out HRIS implementation projects within organization
• Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Resourceful, independent, meticulous with a strong desire to learn, and be able to work in an agile environment
• Able to work independently with integrity under minimal supervision and collaboratively within and across teams

Job Summary:

The Vice President (VP) of EIT will oversee and lead the Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecommunications department, ensuring that all EIT systems in projects across the oil and gas industry are designed, implemented, and maintained at the highest standards. This position requires leadership in managing large-scale projects, strong technical expertise, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the EIT department, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives in oil and gas projects, including FPSO, offshore platforms, and onshore facilities.
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of all EIT-related engineering work, ensuring compliance with international standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in EIT roles, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership or management position within the oil and gas industry.
• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and managing EIT systems in offshore and onshore projects, including FPSO and other marine assets.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulations such as IEC, IEEE, NEC, and related safety regulations.

The role requires a deep understanding of marine engineering principles, systems integration, and regulatory compliance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of marine assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop marine systems, including ballast systems, seawater systems, cooling water systems, and fire-fighting systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate marine systems with topside process systems, ensuring compatibility and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and review engineering documentation such as technical specifications, system diagrams, calculations, and equipment data sheets.
• Perform system simulations, analysis, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal functionality and reliability of marine systems.
• Provide technical input and support during the construction, installation, commissioning, and startup phases of marine systems.
