PROGRAMME

• Holding a valid CAAS Part 66 (Cat. B1) Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License with the above-mentioned aircraft type ratings is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency in reading/writing)

You should be trained in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics with at least 3 years of relevant practical experience in the Mechanical Engineering related sector. B) IoT application

Design IoT application with use of sensors (vibration, heat, flowrate and etc) and gateway on engineering equipment to aggregates data for pattern analysis.

You should be trained in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics with at least 3 years of related working experience. Experience in IoT applications development and Industry 4.0 deployment will be an advantage. You should also display passion and commitment for an engineering and teaching career.

1. Updating of aircraft configuration for Entry-Into-Service (EIS)

2. Perform data migration for aircraft maintenance data during Entry-Into-Service (EIS)

3. Create and maintain routine maintenance task for our customers in our Maintenance Information System (MIS), SAP

Qualifications/Requirements

1. ITE/ Diploma in mechanical/electrical/aerospace/manufacturing engineering OR equivalent working experience in production planning/project management/SAP data management is an advantage.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, rig and derig engine from stand to test bed and vice versa
2. Carry out Engine Tests per Engine Manual
3. Prepare, compile and back up test data
4. Carry out troubleshooting and rectification of engine faults, including requesting for spares as required
5. Perform basic troubleshooting on engine test cell Data Acquisition & Control System (DACS) for faults encountered
6. Ensure all equipment used for engine testing are within calibration and full serviceability
7. Any other tasks as assigned by superiors

Education / Experience Requirements:

1. Minimum NITEC in engineering and above
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aviation industry (experience in engine shop environment preferred)
3. Good understanding of airworthiness regulations and requirements e.g. FAA, EASA, CAAS and other NAAs

Responsibilities

• Prepare bill of quantity for tendering of subcontract packages including sourcing of subcontractors/suppliers
• Handle contract negotiation with subcontractors/suppliers and prepare Subcontract Agreement
• Handle cost monitoring, adherence to contract specifications and drawings
• Prepare payment certificates of subcontractors
• Evaluate and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreement with subcontractors
• Prepare variation orders and recouncile with the client's Quantity Surveyors in accordance to the contract agreement
• Prepare monthly progess claim to client and assist in preparation of cashflow forecast for submission to client
• Coordinate changes in plans with Design Team and review the potential variation claims to client
