WHAT YOU DO

• Support the full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes recruitment and selection, employee relations, payroll management, insurance renewals, training and development
• Responsible for the full payroll functions
• Well versed with WPOL and EPOL applications and guidelines
• Hands on experience handling work injury and insurance claims
• Execute HR operational functions related to employees' data management, leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, etc.
• Review policies and process flows
• Develop an internal work plan to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
• Ensure the organization is in compliance with MOM statutory requirements
• Promote staff awareness of workplace safety and health, communicate and educate staff on the Workplace Safety Act together with the Workplace Safety Consultant
• Manage and supervise the Office Admin Function (such as office rental, office workspace allocation, wellness program, staff pass, stationeries, pantry, etc)

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience (specifically in HR Governance, people risk management, HR budgeting, and Office Administration), with at least 3-5 years in a people management role
• Well versed and knowledgeable in HRIS System, preferably CuteOffice
• Experience in rolling out HRIS implementation projects within organization
• Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Resourceful, independent, meticulous with a strong desire to learn, and be able to work in an agile environment
• Able to work independently with integrity under minimal supervision and collaboratively within and across teams

Job Summary:

The Vice President (VP) of EIT will oversee and lead the Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecommunications department, ensuring that all EIT systems in projects across the oil and gas industry are designed, implemented, and maintained at the highest standards. This position requires leadership in managing large-scale projects, strong technical expertise, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the EIT department, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives in oil and gas projects, including FPSO, offshore platforms, and onshore facilities.
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of all EIT-related engineering work, ensuring compliance with international standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the department’s budget, resources, and personnel, ensuring optimal performance and resource allocation to meet project timelines and goals.
• Establish, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficiency, productivity, and quality of the EIT engineering team.
• Work closely with project management, procurement, and operations teams to integrate EIT systems with other project components, ensuring smooth collaboration and project execution.
• Lead the development and implementation of advanced technologies and innovative practices in EIT systems to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance safety.
• Ensure all EIT systems meet HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines and minimize operational risks through robust design and implementation strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to industry standards.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to EIT engineers and staff, building a high-performing and technically skilled team.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in EIT systems, incorporating them into the company’s projects and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in EIT roles, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership or management position within the oil and gas industry.
• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and managing EIT systems in offshore and onshore projects, including FPSO and other marine assets.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulations such as IEC, IEEE, NEC, and related safety regulations.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, including budget management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for working with senior management, external partners, and diverse teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site (periodical site inspection and attending meetings)
• Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
• Ensure that the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems of the construction is aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.
• Assist Construction Manager and Project Manager in sub-contractor management, on-site technical, engineering matters.
• To lead a team of supervisors and engineers, to ensure, supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards & project specifications.
• Facilitate regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant building project experience in Main-contractor environment
• Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and consortium partners.
• Must be technically inclined and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous in drawing preparation and documentation
• Experienced with Building / Industrial projects will be a plus.
• Experienced with Public project.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in instrumentation and control system design, analysis, and implementation
• Proficiency in using CAD software for control system design
• Experience with control system programming and software tools such as PLC programming, DCS programming, or SCADA systems
• Knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations related to instrumentation and control systems, such as ISA, IEC, and NEC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with industrial processes and equipment, such as pumps, motors, and valves, is a plus
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred
