Job Description:

Facilities & Operations Management

· To assist engineer or manager to oversee building elements such as civil, structural, interior, external components & infrastructure works.

· To assist engineer or manager in managing the preventive, corrective and fix-it maintenance scheduling and coordination work, and support ad-hoc improvement works for building systems.

· To assist in maintaining the operational readiness, safe and efficient operation of the Hospital.

· To assist in ensuring compliances to statutory requirements for the Building.

· To assist in keeping track of all licensing matters like BCA, EMA licensing renewal, structural inspection, lifts annual load test, building annual electrical consumption reporting to BCA.

· To manage and supervise the performance of the Term Contractors and Managing Agents to ensure that they perform their roles accordingly and effectively

Project Management

· Provide project management support for fit-outs, renovations and upgrading works to existing and external Hospital Facilities

· Participate in Project Meetings and manage all expectations from end-users

· Review documentations prior commencement and ensure compliance with Hospital and statutory requirements.

· To work closely with the other Trade team to ensure the smoothness and timely completion of the projects as per project scope.

· Coordination of minor works, new requirements, renovation projects and development project with user departments, consultants, vendors, contractors and relevant authorities

· Assist in managing and planning the inspection and acceptance activities related to facilities.

· Assist in preparing specifications and drawings for tender, draft cost estimates, evaluate tender submissions, recommend tender awards and work schedules for project execution.

· Conduct inspection and acceptance activities related to new facilities and development projects.

· Ensure the work are done upon takeover and meet users' requirement and expectations.

· Perform any other duties assigned by HOD.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with all the relevant stakeholders to translate the operational requirements into effective and efficient solutions.
• Work as a product development team to collectively manage the product development lifecycle from system design, development testing, and production.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge on hardware design, FPGA VHDL and embedded system design (ARM SoC) preferred
• Knowledge on electronics hardware design and development
• Possess experience in product development lifecycle.
• Understand time-critical and system interface design, and know how to optimize resources to the utilization and power requirement
• Programming skills/experience in C/C++ preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform full administrative and general office duties in support of Manager, Director or other department

- Prepare quotation, purchase order, invoice and DO

- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients

- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence

- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

- Handles AR/AP

- Assist the payment transactions and monitoring of cash flow

- Assist preparation of weekly aging and monthly bank reconciliations

Job Requirements:

- 5 years of relevant working experience

- Minimum LCCI or Degree in Accounting or equivalent

- Book keeping experience and/or experience in AR / AP

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Able to prioritise tasks to meet set deadlines, and produce accurate and detailed work

Responsibilities:

Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors

Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision

Supervise construction and civils works on site.

Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings

Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation

Ensure timely and smooth progress of works

Responsible for all aspects of site safety

Requirements:

At least 10 years experience in construction

Good communication & interpersonal skills

Excellent project skills
