We are currently looking for CQV Engineers with Utilities/HVAC Experience to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Good understanding knowledge of Facilities & Utilities systems such as cleanroom, HVAC, ACMV, process gas generation systems, process gas distribution systems, process water generation systems, process water distribution systems, emergency power generators, process steam systems
• As well as interface with process equipment such as upstream equipment, downstream equipment, product capture tanks, autoclave equipment’s & main steam loops/circuits.
• Well versed in commissioning and qualifying utility systems.
• Includes other deliverables (not limited to) such as SOPs, RCA, deviations, CAPAs, change control, and summary reports.
• Well versed in execution of IQ and OQ

1. Responsible for produce structural shop drawing to meet the project requirements.

2. Responsible for the preparation of drawings and detailed design documents

3. Ability to undertake concept design and development

4. Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data

1. Degree in Civil Engineering

2. Min 3 years relevant experience in the related field

3. Proficient in AutoCAD is a must

• Drafting SOPs in clear, concise language, ensuring consistent and user-friendly formatting.
• Work with relevant stakeholders, such as department heads, supervisors, and quality assurance teams, to review and update SOPs as necessary.
• Assist in developing training materials based on SOPs to ensure employees receive proper training on procedures.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance clarity in SOPs, and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Description

-Experience in Full Set account

-Assist in preparation of monthly payroll & CPF

-Assist in answering phone calls

-Maintain proper filling and documentation.

-Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

-Working Hours: 5.5 days per week- Monday - Friday (9 am–6 pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)

The Job:

• Attends and administers to all after-sales services over WhatsApp, emails and incoming calls. Verifies truck status and co-ordinate with workshop in-charge to dispatch jobs to technicians and update status to customers.
• To administer internal and external administrative matters e.g. internal liaising with service admins on ops administrative matters, personnel administrative matters, etc. External: Daily status update to customers, Airfield vehicle permit application etc.
• To assist workshop in-charge to liaise with vendors on ops required items/parts and other engineering jobs
• To co-ordinate with workshop in-charge in planning of PM schedules and dispatching to customers

The person:

• GCE N or O level
• 3 years’ working experience
• MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Basic IT skills and knowledge
• Administration support to the department, assisting in document processing
• Works well under pressure
• Team player

The Job:

• To provide preventive maintenance and repair on material handling equipment within a specialized or technical field
• Identify and analyze technical issues through bsystematic troubleshooting methods
• Perform repairs on faulty components, following established procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history
• Attend ad-hoc jobs as assigned

The Person:

• Diploma or relevant in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Must possess class 3 driving license
• Proven experience as a Technician in the relevant field
• Technical knowledge in electrical system, basic engine, and hydraulic system
• Basic IT knowledge
• Able to interpret complex electrical circuit diagrams and problem-solving skills
