Roles & Responsibilities:
· Direct supervision and management of workers and sub-contractors related to piping related works done at site.
· Set clear direction to lead, drive and motivate the team towards achieving common daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

· Contribute operations information and recommendation to strategic plans and reviews
· Prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards
· Establish, maintain and enforce safe and healthy work environment protocols for all site works
· Keep daily activity progress record and log any problems that may exist for immediate action
· Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
· Develop and maintain viable long-term relationship with internal and external stakeholders
· Minimum 15 years of working experience in the marine industry
· At least 15 years of working experience in fabrication/shipyard environment
· Excellent communicator and exemplary leadership quality
· Proven track-record in team management for project execution
· Sound knowledge and qualification in NDT techniques (ASNT, CSWIP, ERS or equivalent)
· Knowledgeable in international Codes & Standards (ASME, AWS, ASTM, API…)
· Knowledge in ISO 90001 and OHSAS 18001 Management System
· Extensive travelling may be required for the position
