Responsibilities

• Provide application support for all users on Enterprise and OSS/BSS applications (e.g., Remedy, Service Web Portal, Corporate Portal, Payment Portal, etc). This includes application software configuration, programming, enhancement, and testing based on changing business requirements.

Job Requirements

The Director, Infrastructure Engineering is accountable for transforming Singtel IT endpoints to meet the business needs in collaboration, mobility, unified communication & productivity enhancement. The goal is to constantly improve the overall user experience and satisfaction while using Singtel endpoint devices.

This role is responsible for leading and managing all IT endpoint operations and projects to constantly improve the overall user experience in using Singtel endpoint services.
