· Prepare project plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details.

· Ensuring data harmonization and synchronization between systems.

Requirements

· At least 5 years of experience in managing HRIS on ECC or S/4 HANA and integration between SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA or ECC.

· Hands-on experience with trouble shooting data replication issues between SuccessFactors to S/4 HANA or ECC.

· Familiar with S/4 HANA LSMW, ABAP, PFCG and SuccessFactors Role Base Permission

· Have at least administrative know-how on managing SuccessFactors modules in at least 3 of the following modules - Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and talent management modules (Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning etc.)

· Hands-on design and configuration with at least 3 S4 HANA/ECC HCM implementation experience cycles.

· Strong understanding of implementation strategy and integration approaches

· Good project management and delivery skills

· Good communication and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to analyze and propose solutions to business requirements & issues

· Experience in data analytics and/or visualization (e.g. using SAP Analytics Cloud, Stories, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI etc.) will be added advantages.

Job Title: Orbital Welder

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble and perform welding processes.
• Experienced in TIG, MIG, and using simple measuring equipment such as vernier caliper, and gauge.
• Experienced in Swagelok and AMI Orbital Machine.
• Monitor welding performance and quality issues.
• Troubleshoot welding-related problems.
• Able to read mechanical drawings.
• Experience in working with Carbon Steel / Stainless Steel / UHP Piping (SS316L).
• Qualified in basic SMAW / GTAW / orbital welding process.
• Records inspection and test results and prepares and submits reports to welding engineering personnel.
• Experience working in a cleanroom or semiconductor industry will be a plus.

Qualifications / Skills:

• NTC3 / NTC2 / ITC or Diploma.
• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Gas systems.
• Able to read and understand layout, ISO, BIM drawings & piping instructions.
• Attentive to safety alerts and ensure safety on the site projects.
• Ability to receive and follow instructions from internal or external customers, and communicate with co-workers.
• Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (Orbital, TIG, MMA, etc).
