Responsibilities:

• Attend to enquiries, primarily incoming calls through the hotline or other channels such as email
• Understand customer’s needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries
• Point to point enquiries from customer
• Perform out bound calls to customers who leave callback
• Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
• Meet/exceed all individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
• Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
• Able to work during weekend and perform OT when necessary
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

Requirements:

• Have previous experience in Call Centre is highly preferred or Customer Service experience

Description

White Space is an advertising and creative agency with a robust portfolio of Government clients. One of our accounts involves physical events held across Singapore to increase awareness of our client’s service offerings and encourage adoption of these services among Singaporeans.

We are looking for full-time event staff who have an outgoing and confident personality. You will be deployed to on-site events to engage members of the public, share more about our client’s service offerings, and help them with the onboarding of these services. This is not a sales role - there will be no sales of products at our events.

Here’s what you can expect in this role:

· Hand out flyers to engage members of the public, and share more about our client’s services

· Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the ease of adoption, USPs of the services, and how these services can benefit our target audience in their professional life

· Conduct 1-on-1 advisory sessions with members of the public to guide them towards the correct avenues for them to get more in-depth assistance/training they might require

· Encourage event-goers to fill up a feedback form and subscribe to a mailing list

· General ushering duties

· Assist with the set-up and teardown of events

Requirements

· Singaporeans/Singapore PRs

· Proficient in both English and Mother Tongue (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil)

· Grooming – Candidates should look presentable and have no visible tattoos/piercings/brightly-coloured hair

Job Responsibilities:

1. Investigation and Mediation:

- Investigate complaints thoroughly to understand the issues from both the users' and service providers' perspectives.

- Mediate between disputing parties to try to resolve complaints informally.

- Recommend appropriate solutions based on investigation findings if an informal resolution is not possible.

2. Communication and Documentation:

- Communicate effectively with users, service providers, and internal departments to gather information and explain outcomes.

- Draft documents related to investigations, including summaries, reports, and resolution plans.

3. Refund Management:
