Requirements

• Clearing the letterboxes daily
• Clearing of department OUT trays twice daily
• Sort incoming mails and packages
• Collection of mails and packages from site office, as and when required
• Deliver incoming mails and packages within the office
• Carry out external dispatch duties (bank letters, checks, and documents) to banks & partners’ offices with recipients’ acknowledgement recorded
• Carry out corporate gifts / hamper delivery to business associates when required
• Outgoing mail preparation and delivery
• Update daily log promptly
• Assist in setting up of chairs and tables for corporate events
• Pickup of old assets for recycling program
• Supervise contractors and vendors when conducting maintenance works, as and when required

Job Description:

• Handle and manage enquiries from walk-ins, phone calls.
• Manage patient's appointments and treatment schedules.
• Address and manage patient's needs, care and concerns efficiently and effectively in clinic.
• Proactively build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Interactive engagements with customers during events, corporate talks, roadshows and clinics.
• Deliver product knowledge to potential patients through effective communication to increase consumer understanding.
• Promote products, services, and packages to maximize sales opportunities where necessary.
• Capture photos and testimonials for social media posting for the clinic.
• Manage and maintain the clinic tidiness and cleanliness.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or customer relations.
• Able to commit to retail working hours including weekends & Public Holidays.
