About the role

The Senior Payroll Executive is responsible for full spectrum of payroll function including processing of salaries/ wages, pay adjustment, CPF submission, annual tax filing as well as regular headcount & reporting related to payroll, ensuring a high level of data accuracy and compliance. This is a one-year contract position.

What you will be doing

• Manage mid to complex monthly payroll processing across different shift patterns including overtime pay, festive advance pay, ad-hoc payroll and allowances.
• Ensure timely submission of tax clearance for non-local leavers.

Purpose of Position

The individual in this position reports to the HOD and contributes to the administration of the programme. The individual in this position will assist in the administrative and secretarial support to the Department. He/she will also be the main liaison for public enquiries and all incoming referrals.
