Job Requirement

• Min 2 year in Operations / Clerical Administrative
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to multi-task and have initiative to respond to various situations
• Class 3 License

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our growing team as an Accountant. You will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, while also providing administrative support for smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial transparency and accuracy.
• Prepare presentations and reports
• Provide support during internal and external audits. Includes but not limit to in preparing audit schedules, gathering required documentation, and addressing auditor inquiries.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends. Seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the accounting field

2. Administrative:

• Manage claim reports
• Answer phones and emails efficiently.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, ERP accounting system).
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements:

- Comfortable to work in non aircon environment

- Able to Read/Write Basic English, Chinese (as some of our SKU & Label was in Chinese)

- Able to work independently

- Able to carry loads ( can be up to 10kg, operate pallet jack & Electric Pallet Trucks)

- Able to operate computer & using company @WMS inverntory system

- Candidates ages below 35's with no related working experience are welcome to apply
