• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
• Experience in a computerized (Autocount) accounting environment is preferred otherwise training is provided
• Good communication skills and being a team player
• Good working attitude and willingness to learn
• Meticulous, reliable, and independent
• Must be able to converse in both English and Mandarin. (to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking associates)
• Ability to deliver under tight schedules

Job Description & Requirements

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

~ Greeting Customers,assisting them in finding products, and providing information about the items in the store

~ Promoting products, helping customers with purchases, processing transctions, ans handing payments

~ Assisting with receiving and unpacking delivers restocking shelves, and ensuring products are well-displayed.

~ Keeping the store neat,tidy,and clean,ensuring displays are organized

~ Monitoring stock levels and informing supervisors when stock needs to be recordered

~ Resolving any issues or complaints from customers in a polite and professional manner
