Job Overview: As our Centre Management Executive, you'll be the heartbeat of our bustling coding school. You'll have the opportunity to interact with an energetic crowd of students aged 7 to 16, and play a key role in creating an engaging and organized environment for learning and growth. Career progression to Centre Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Poly Diploma or Higher Nitec (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Customer Experience Management, Marketing, Business Information Systems, or Human Resource Management. Fresh graduates are welcome! Only Singaporeans and PRs
• Excellent command of English with superb communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, positive attitude with a detail-oriented and multitasking ability.
• Tech-savvy with a good grasp of Office and Productivity tools.
• A natural at interacting with children and their parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact at our front counter, handling customer service queries via Whatsapp, WebChat, Telegram, FB Chat, Emails, Phone, and Walk-ins with charm and efficiency.
• Coordinate student enrollments and class administration, including schedule management, fee calculations, and seamless communication with customers, parents, and our teaching team.
• Ensure our centre is a welcoming, clean, and organized space that both students and teachers love.
• Dive into marketing activities, helping to identify new opportunities and manage our digital presence on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Proactively contribute to enhancing our operational efficiency and overall success.

We are currently looking for warehouse Assistants to join our team.

The Job:

• Assist in day-to-day warehouse operation including picking, packing, goods receiving & issuing, labelling
• Prepare documentation and inventory for delivery
• Loading & unloading of goods
• Upload scanned data into system
• Stock taking and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Operate heavy machine eg. Forklifts (training will be provided)

Requirements:

• Physically able to lift up to 20 kg or sometimes slightly more
• Knowledge of basic verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work Overtime

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Saturday : 8.30 am to 12.30 pm

Others :

• Working in an air-condition environment
• Family Oriented Environment
