• Conduct regular business reviews and joint business planning process with key accounts, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
• Forecast and track key account metrics, including revenue, sales volume, and profitability, to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Proactively address customer concerns and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and effective manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
• Act as a product expert, providing clients with in-depth knowledge of our offerings and demonstrating how they can meet their specific needs.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business opportunities and negotiate favorable terms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support key account growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in key account management within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies with an emphasis on offline-to-online (OTO)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate effectively at various levels within a client organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Description:

• Provide full spectrum of administrative support duties to ensure a welcoming work environment and smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
• Manage inventory of office and pantry supplies and meetings/events logistics.
• Make savvy purchasing decisions, considering cost and quality and issue Purchase Orders promptly.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Keep digital documents organised through systematic naming and filing of documents.
• Provide ad-hoc support to internal and external company events.
• Support Corp Svc department in administrative tasks, e.g. prepare payments and billing, verification of staff reimbursement claims, prepare documents for audit
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Working Arrangement:

Location: City Hall

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours)

Salary: Monthly Rated ($2800-$3500)

1. Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, and GL functions.

2. Process, verify and maintain invoices/payments and its related documents, and assist to follow up on discrepancies with customers and vendors.

3. Manage intercompany transactions and ensure intercompany balances tally across the books.

4. Monitor and report daily cash flow and assist with cash flow management and projection.

5. Perform monthly bank reconciliation, generate monthly closing report and assist with accounts reconciliation and management reporting.

6. Prepare quarterly GST report.

7. Manage Audit, tax, corporate secretarial or external regulatory matters and liaise with external parties as required.

8. Ensure compliance of financial authority limits, financial reporting standards (FRS), Company policies and other regulations.

9. Initiate process or policy improvements where needed.

10. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superiors

Qualifications and Requirements

- Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent

- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience

- Familarity with accounting software and systems

- Proficient in MS Office applications particularly MS Excel

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently, take initiative and set priorities

- Experience in Xero Accounting will be an asset

- Able to handle booking in and out of hostel

- Monitor monthly collections

- Co-ordinate and plan empty rooms and vacant room for rent to ensure full occupancy.
