KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the assurance portfolio by defining the audit strategy in consultation with the audit partner and execute it in compliance with the firm’s policies and protocols.
• Manage and service a portfolio of clientele, develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Monitor the assurance team's progress against the plan and ensure the engagements are profitable by leading the team to perform efficiently.
• Liaise with various key stakeholders of clientele to ensure communication flow between the firm and client is well taken care of.
• Coach and develop people by sharing knowledge with team members and helping team members attain experiences that cultivate technical competencies.
• Manage full aspects of audit engagements, from planning to finalisation in adherence to the firm's protocol. Review assurance engagements and perform key updates to the Audit Partner at the finalisation stage.
• Develop people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the assurance team.
• Conduct timely performance reviews on the junior members in compliance with the firm appraisal policies and provide feedback to the Audit Partner.
• Develop and maintain long-term productive client relationships and networks.

TO QUALIFY
• Knowledge of full set audit following Singapore Standards on Auditing.
• Basic knowledge of auditing listed companies and/or Companies under the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) requirement.
• Knowledge of auditing companies for IPO is a plus point to the remuneration.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years' relevant work experience in an established Singapore public accounting firm
• At least 1 year of work experience in a managerial role
