5. Work collaboratively with the design, production and team to ensure a consistent and unified brand narrative.

6. Manage and enhance Mosaic’s online presence.

7. Coordinate marketing campaigns that features the programmes and services under the Mosaic brand.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years proven experience in marketing, sales or business development, preferably within the education sector.

2. Proficient understanding of digital marketing strategies

3. Good storytelling, communication and presentation skills

4. Capable of working autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist the Marketing Manager in carrying out the Company’s marketing and promotional activities to drive leads and sales. He or she will get developmental and growth opportunities in all aspects of the marketing function with heavy exposure to digital marketing. The role promises to be challenging and exciting.

Duties include:

• Assist in the design, planning and execution of 360 marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Knowledge of digital creation with photoshop, canva, is an advantage
• Develop creative ideas and contents for brand promotions on social media platforms
• Identify and engage with external partners including but not limited to brands, landlords, medias and influencers to plan and executive joint promotion and collaborations
• Generate new ideas for brand promotion and marketing to promote services, drive leads and increase brand awareness
• Measure and analyse performance of marketing campaigns against goals (ROI & KPIs)
• Provide general administrative support & other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Product Owner is a professional responsible for setting and prioritizing to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of new product development.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and analyse market, users’ trend, and the roadmap for the product.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
• Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, analytics, design, user experience, engineering, user enablement and factory to ensure product release delivery.
• Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or similar relevant field.
• 3 Years of Experience in technology industry, handling Product Innovation, Product Owner or similar role.
• Sharp analytical & problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• A creative thinker with a vision, attention to details, excellent organizational & time management skills.
• Experience in design and exposure to manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Read/Write) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking partners.
