Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will work closely with our senior marketing consultant to execute day-to

Day marketing activities and elevate company brand presence. In this hands-on role, you

will manage digital marketing efforts, run campaigns, maintain social media channels, and

support various aspects of the marketing strategy. We are seeking someone who is proactive,

able to take initiative, and excited to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) with engaging

content, including posting, scheduling, and community management.

· Collaborate with our videographer and video editor to ensure a steady flow of content.

· Design basic marketing materials (social media graphics, email banners, etc.) as needed.

· Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), including A/B testing for continuous improvement.

· Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including writing, designing, and managing email sequences to nurture leads and engage existing clients.

· Work on SEO optimization efforts to improve website ranking and drive traffic.

· Organize and manage events, both online(webinars) and in-person, to engage with clients and partners

· Analyze marketing performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement

· Take initiative and be a hands-on team member, ensuring that all marketing efforts are executed with passion and attention to detail.

· Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and tools to ensure comapny remains at the forefront of industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven experience in a marketing role with hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels (social media, digital ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.).

· Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including paid ads, SEO, A/B testing, and email marketing.

· Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).

· Experience in event planning and execution.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

· Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced, small team setting.

· Ability to multitask and manage various projects with a hands-on approach.

Other Qualifications:

· Experience in the real estate or B2B sector.

· Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

· Knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools

Job Requirements:

Digital Marketing Knowledge

• Understanding of digital marketing basics (Social Media and Google ads)
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in account management, especially in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. (Mandarin is essential to handle Chinese-speaking clients.)
• Familiarity with digital platforms and marketing tools.

The Buyer/Assistant Buyer is responsible for raising purchase orders and maintaining procurement records. This role also assists in the sourcing of products and overall contractor selection process.

Job Description

Develop Procurement Plan, manage suppliers/sellers selection process and all procurement activities

• Support the company’s procurement activities
• Assist in establishing working relationships with company network and external vendors
• Plan merchandise assortment considering category mix and range planning
• Formulate and propose pricing strategies and conduct comparison analysis against competitors
• Review products sell through rate and plan for replenishment
• Collaborate with marketing department to execute the promotion strategies in alignment with the product launches
• Conduct market research to stay current with the market trend and competitor strategies
• Source and work closely with suppliers on product selection, pricing and negotiations
• Analyze sales data with proposde buying strategies
• Oversee the logistics process for returning goods to suppliers, including arranging courier and managing documentation requirements
• Prepare and Manage Purchase Order to supplier/s once the procurement plan is approved
• Process and track purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, including handling permit applications for import/export
• Monitor and manage inventory level and assess supplier performance
• Conduct quality assurance checks on products upon receipt of stock from suppliers
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Experience Required

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail jewellery is preferred but not a must.

Qualification

• Degree with 3 years of relevant working experience or Diploma holder with 5 to 7 year experience in Procurement or Merchandising field, preferred from similar industry but not a must.
