Responsible for managing the whole spectrum of the branding and marketing functions as well to work in close liaison with the CEO to develop branding and marketing strategies that support the Board’s overall strategic aims and objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist in new store opening / closure of restaurant and liaise with contractor and vendors

· To handle all lease negotiations, renewals and administration

· Planning and coordinating the monthly promotion for each brand

· Working closely with the team to create designs of restaurant, menus and promotions

· Working closely with the R & D team on new product development ideas

· Working closely with operation team and outlet for promotion

· Reviews periodically, ie monthly, yearly sales/product mix, expenditure and profitability and develop effective solutions or recommendations to management.

· Understand market and customer and constantly monitor the effectiveness of the company as well as the competitors’ promotional activities and to recommend appropriate remedial actions for improvements.

· Reviews of the marketing plan of the company vis-à-vis the market/consumer/competitor/product, in line with any changes and development taking place and recommend to the Management appropriate changes to improve products and sales.

· Liaise and follow up with the contractor & landlord about the renovation work to ensure complete within the timeline. Quotation, invoice, work schedule, site inspection, shop opening equipment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient with MS Office, Power Point
• Ability to work independently and coordinate well across all the levels
• Being able to be proactive and self-motivated.
• Need to travel within different outlets frequently
• Good communication skill, interpersonal skills and strong in both verbal and written communication

About the Role:

The Account Manager is the vital link between an organization and its clients, possessing deep product knowledge and driving sales through strategic customer relationships. Primary Responsibilities:

A) Business Development and Sales Generation

· To promote and market Thatz 2.0 core competencies in Business Solutions and Nextgen Enterprise ICT Services.

· Responsible for business development, revenue growth, productivity, and profit of each customer engagement.

· Implement sales strategy, identify new sales opportunities, and convert sales opportunities to meet sales targets.

· Prepare proposals, costings, quotations, and presentation deck, as well as lead the meetings with customers to turn business opportunity into sales.

· Advise the customer on technology adoption and implementation strategy including architecture, integration selection, and operation to improve the success of the customer’s business operation.

· Manage and coordinate resources, as well as, meet contact obligations to deliver good customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to develop effective sales action programs.

· Work closely with Channel Partners and Principals to develop and promote new products and services to existing, as well as, new clientele.

B) Customer Relationship Management

· Establish and sustain strong business relationships between Thatz and the customers through informal meetings and networking activities.

· Seek business opportunities from customers and fulfill their business needs promptly to convert them into sales.

C) Others

· Strategize, plan, execute, and monitor/review/modify the business development and sales function implementations to achieve the agreed objectives and targets ahead of schedule or on a timely basis.

· Support regional business expansion plan, when necessary.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Sales and Marketing, or related field.

· At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the Sales and Marketing field in the ICT industry with good customer engagement expertise.

· Professional, enterprising, resourceful, self-initiated/starter/motivated, detailed, and sales/result-oriented personnel.

· Quick learner and adaptive to a dynamic working environment.

· Reliable and able to take ownership of areas under your responsibilities.

· A team player and able to work under pressure.

· Excellent English writing and communication skills.

HR Executive -The ideal candidate will support the HR Manager in· Managing recruitment efforts such as writing and posting ads.· Assist on HR matters.· Conduct full on-boarding process of new hires and orientation related activities as well as exit interviews.· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.· Nurture a positive working environment.· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.· Conduct salary survey, develop budget and implement benefits program.· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.· Proactively build and ensure a continuous supply of strong talent pool through constant and effective sourcing techniques for open jobs and in anticipation of future talent needs..· Work closely with managers to understand the hiring requirements, project and build future pipelines, and source for suitable candidates through appropriate recruitment platfforms· Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)Job Requirements:· Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.· People oriented, versatile with interpersonal and ethical conduct skills.· Excellent decision-making and strategic thinking.· Knowledge of HR systems and databases.· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.· Knowledgeable on employment legislation matters including CPF, MOM and IRAS matters.
