• Liaise with agents and ships for supply of spare parts and sometimes repairs to vessels worldwide.
• Document filing / sending final costing to accounts for billing/ Invoicing.

Job Description

This role is to provide administrative support in managing student related programmes and examinations such as Surgery postings (Phase I, II, III & V), student electives programme (local, overseas, job shadowing, observer-ship programme), handling of education budget requests, procurement, claims, etc and collating of tutors quarterly data/reports.

In addition, this position serves to provide administrative support for undergraduate activities/events organised by the Department as well as other administrative functions of the Department.

1. Manage student postings & examination

5. Collation of tutors teaching report
6. Assist in undergraduate related events (such as Faculty Appreciation and Recognition Awards)

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

The incumbent will be responsible for the following areas but not limited to:

Leasing Business Planning & Control Executive

Leasing Business Performance Review:

• Monthly review of Leasing business performance including credit and collections and
  profitability analysis.
• Proactive Report and proposal reginal lease performance and activities.
• Governance and control of regional leasing deal.
• To facilitate timely reporting for management review.

Support and development for leasing system in new ERP

Lease Governance and control:

• Ensure compliance with regional Leasing, credit and accounting policy
• Provide training and instruction to Opcos member.
• Perform periodic audit on transactions.

ISMS / PIMS Internal Audit:

• Leading ISMS/PIMS Internal Audit as Finance team's PIC

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• At least 5 year experience in Finance or FP&A
• Degree in Accountancy or business, ACCA
• Good communication skill with team and regional experience is required.
• Experience in finance department and closing and reporting operation.
• Good skill in Ms Excel required and power platform experience is desirable.
