Main Responsibilities:

• To ensure monthly and annual sales target set are achieved.
• Attending to client's enquiries ; updating clients with company information, promotions and events.
• To review the customer’s order to deliver report on a weekly basis and ensure order notes remain current.
• To ensure the timely update and input of all client’s details into the system (GP) and any other relevant databases.
• To host company events and attend external trade events when required.
• To assist in introduction and training of new staff in GP, company policies, discipline and procedures, ordering processes, etc
• To work on duty roster with co-colleague to ensure enough manpower is on duty to manage the showroom to provide a memorable shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Higher Nitec Level with at least 1-2 year sales experience or relevant experience.

Position summary

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining and updating of the company’s financial and management accounts related activities such as book-keeping and preparation of reports pertaining to GST, company tax and other related documents.
