The National University of Singapore (NUS) invites applications for the role of Research Assistant/Research Associate with the Heat Resilience & Performance Centre (HRPC), Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. The HRPC is a first-of-its-kind research centre, established at the NUS, to spearhead and conduct research and development to better enable the future challenges arising from rising ambient heat. Appointments will be made on a two-year contract basis, with the possibility of extension.

The Research Assistant/Associate who will play a key role in assisting in the development, execution and analysis of research aimed at addressing the challenges of training and operating in rising ambient temperatures. The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary group comprising exercise and thermal physiologists, data scientists, biomedical engineers and researchers. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to not only develop your expertise in research planning and execution, but also to be a part of the team looking to generate fundamental and forward-looking solutions to working in the heat. There are also opportunities to pursue a part-time PhD with HRPC.

The Role

This position will manage and administer leases in a portfolio of properties.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for management of leases which includes preparation and checking of lease documents, creation of contracts in system and updating of tenancy schedule.
• Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, and other related lease management functions.
• Updating and maintaining of records and data in system.
• In charge of tracking security deposit and lease documentation status.
• Responsible for department administrative duties including supporting chat hotline, organizing of tenants and department events and maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in relevant courses.
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential.
• Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
• You should be meticulous, diligent, a team player, independent and process initiative.
• Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

Be part of an exciting team working on cutting-edge advanced packaging process technologies. Participate in process development and integration solution to enable advanced packaging process technologies in the world of mobile, IoT, consumer and high-performance computing area. Partner and work with various teams from inside and outside of IME to help develop leading-edge packaging solutions for our customers, taking the solutions from concept to mass production. Responsibilities will include assisting in operations support in clean room to make sure projects are completed successfully and delivered on time.

This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Operate semiconductor equipment to perform processes, measurement, and inspection of wafers. (Include equipment setup, loading and unloading of wafers)
• Monitor basic equipment/process errors and perform recovery.
• Work with internal and external parties to align for tool time, execute process sequence and collect data to feedback to integration owner.
• Logistically transport wafer lots between equipment within cleanroom and between worksites.
• Identify and address potential areas for improvements such as cycle time, utilization, and cost.
• Perform chemical change/ top-up for equipment under supervision.
• Understand and follow all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures and requirements.
• The candidate may be required to perform shift work (Mon-Fri).

Experience:

• NITEC/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
• Basic understanding on semiconductor process is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor processes (Litho, Etch, CVD, PVD, Plating, Metrology etc.) will be added advantages

• Responsible for department administrative duties including organising of tenants and department events.
• Responsible for management of leases which includes preparing and checking lease documents.
• Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants and other related lease management functions.
• Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents.
• In charge of tracking security deposit, monitor submission of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales.

Job Requirements
