Job Description

• Prepare full set monthly management account and related schedules timely.
• Handle day to day account operations and month end closing.
• Assist in preparation of budget and forecast.
• Preparation of quarterly GST submission and other statutory tax matters.
• Prepare require monthly schedules/ reports for yearly and tax purpose.
• To liaise with external auditors and tax agent for audits and tax related matters
• Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Processes, and Procedures.
• Assist in process and system implementation when required; continue to streamline and automate tasks to ensure improvement and efficiencies.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate should possess at least LCCI or Degree/Diploma in Accounting.
• Mininum 3 years of full set experience.
• Possess good knowledge in Ms Office application.
• Experience in using ERP would be an advantage.
• Bilingual in speak in English and Mandarin to communicate with Associates who can only speak Mandarin.
• Positive attitude with ability works independently, resourceful and detail oriented.
• Able to commence work ASAP is an added advantage.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide support, education and training to staff to build policy compliance and internal control awareness within the organisation;
2. Conduct sharing regarding best practices and promote financial management to various stakeholders across the organisation;
3. Conduct analytical review of financial information and reports, or other indicators to ensure they are functioning as planned and in accordance with sound business principles;

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

1. BA in Accounting/ Finance, Business Administration, Economics, equivalent academic or professional training;
2. 5 years’ experience including internal audit, with experience in Big 4 firm preferred;
3. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Desirable to have knowledge of SAP and working experience of using Data Analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.);
4. Excellent written and oral communications skills, including the ability to make presentation; and

PROFESSIONAL LICENCE

Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Financial Analyst or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assist in production of bakery & pastry products in accordance with specifications and order requirements
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation practices in accordance with HACCP / FSSC requirements.
• Operate and regular maintenance of all baking equipments, including ovens and mixers etc.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of baking supplies and ingredients;

Requirements:

• Certificate in Baking Skills or its equivalent
• Preferably 2 years of baking experience as a baker assistant or in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Good knowledge of baking techniques, equipments and ingredients
• 6 days work week with the ability to work on weekends/public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

4. Order Processing and Documentation: Prepare and process catering orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain proper documentation, including contracts, invoices, and event details. Coordinate with the finance department for billing and payment processing.

5. Menu Planning and Customization: Work closely with clients to understand their menu preferences and dietary restrictions. Coordinate with the culinary team to customize menus and ensure the availability of ingredients. Communicate special requests or menu changes to the appropriate departments.

6. Event Logistics: Assist in arranging logistics for events, such as venue setup, equipment rental, and transportation. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and setup of catering services. Address any event-related issues or last-minute changes that may arise.

7. Sales Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including leads, prospects, and client information, using CRM software or other tools. Prepare regular sales reports, including activity tracking, conversion rates, and revenue analysis. Assist in monitoring and managing sales pipelines.

8. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues. Identify opportunities for repeat business or referrals.
