Responsibilities :

• Involve in business strategy of the production division, formulate, organize, and implement the annual production plan
• Ensuring all safety and health standards are met
• Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
• Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, retention and termination activities
• Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery
• Devise strategy to manage end to end supply chain operations including vendor management, strategic sourcing, planning, warehouse management

• Coordinate with Human Resources on manpower planning and identify appropriate training needs to develop capabilities of employees in your department
