Export role

• Prepare and execute Air Waybill, for perishables, general cargo, consolidated shipments, etc using Freight Master
• Prepare export documents (eg cargo acceptance checklist, cargo security certificate, indemnity letter etc) and airline labels
• Ensure all export cargo are properly marked and labelled prior to transfer to airlines
• Give instructions to Drivers/Cargo-hands on the transfer of cargo for export
• Declare Export Cargo Clearance Permit including Certificate of Origin (CO)

Requirements

• At least 1 year relevant experience in freight forwarding

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring that all products, processes meet the established quality standards. The role involves monitoring the quality standards of our vendors, conducting quality checks on samples, implementing continuous improvement measures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance and Control:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control standards across all assortments
• Work with 3rd Party QC inspections to conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Prepare washcare labels on time upon order placement
• Review and approve materials and products before shipment
• Prepare required QC files ready for inspection
• Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions

2. Process Improvement:

• Analyse quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross teams & tea leads to implement process improvements and corrective actions

4. Supplier Relationship Management:

• Conduct monthly catch up with vendors to share back on their performance

5. Team Collaboration and Training:

• Work closely with sourcing, production, product development & commercial teams to ensure quality standards are met

The HR Operations Executive is responsible for managing essential HR-related operational functions, including the employee database, personal lockers, uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), canteen, vending machines, gym, and company transport services. This role involves soliciting employee feedback, managing vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and handling administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Database and Resource Management

• Employee Database: Maintain and regularly update the employee database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
• Lockers and Uniforms: Oversee the allocation and maintenance of personal lockers. Coordinate the distribution and refreshment of uniforms and PPE, ensuring timely availability.

2. Vendor Management and Coordination
