• Attending clients’ board/board committee meetings, general meetings etc and recording of such minutes of meetings
• Oversee preparation and coordination of the statutory books and documents including submissions of statutory forms/documents to ACRA, IRAS or such other statutory bodies/government agencies within stipulated deadlines.
• Maintain good client relationship with close client communication, in order to assess customer satisfaction for possible improvements and identify possible cross-sell and up-sell.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members and ensure seamless service delivery to clients
• Ensure prompt and timely billing and monitoring of team members’ timesheet, WIP, efficiency and recoverability in view of achieving the financial objectives and work efficiency.
• Oversee credit control and prompt collection of debts within the portfolio and work closely with credit control/finance team on long outstanding and doubtful debts
• Work with peers and Associate Director to provide and organise training for junior team members
• Support the Associate Director in managing overall targets and proactively monitor actual performance against target

Expectations of a Media Executive:

1. Planning 

• Partner your Planner to develop media plans with clear rationalization, channel recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow plan
• Liaise with media owners for proposals
• Engage clients and creative agencies on day to day operations, competitive tracking & reviews, media trend updates and various campaign reports on local/regional levels

2. Buying  

• Negotiation with media owners for better rates and value adds
• Booking of ads and setup of digital ads– both managed service and self-service
• Prepare Copy Instructions/material specs, liaise with media vendors & creative agencies for material submission 
• Digital ad operations (campaign set up on self-serve platforms, tagging of ads and client’s site, ensure ads are properly served and tags are firing) 
• Monitor ads during campaign period, weekly digital reporting, end of campaign reporting and reconciliation of final costs for finance billings 
• Competitive monitoring for offline media (ADEX) and digital media tracking 

• Responsible for the effective operation of the Mechem Sample and OPS Management group.  Plans, schedules, and organizes necessary resources to ensure appropriate effectiveness of sample/sample kit logistical challenge in but not limited to: receiving, sample entry, and client service representation.  Implements department policies to maintain facilities and equipment.
• Schedules logistic and/or sampling team, assign and optimize resources, identifies needed resources and coordinates the appropriate acquisition of facilities resources as applicable.
• Ensures that all entries into eLIMS are accurately completed and documented according to appropriate client requirements, client specifications, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in data entries into eLIMS; Accurately completed and documented according to appropriate client requirements, client specifications, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Develops appropriate training plans, assures that staff is trained and proficient in all phases of Sample Receiving, Sample Entry, Client Services Representation, eLIMS utilization and any other Client Service applicable function as needed.  Generates training modules, as needed.
• Provides metrics analysis and updates for distribution to staff and leadership.
• Carries out process improvements to continually maximize the efficiency of the personnel and Sample Management areas, recommend solutions and implementation of action plans.
• Perform general human resources responsibilities including recruitment activities, performance evaluations, and progressive disciplinary processes, enforces Affirmative Action department goals.
• Provides for safety and welfare of staff and supports/enforces Environmental Health and Safety Policies.
• Act as a mentor to other staff and is looked on as an expert on Operational/eLIMS problems for Sample Management related issues.
• Proactive interaction with internal and external clients, troubleshooting client issues
• Maintains appropriate shipping and receiving permits, including hosting appropriate approval audits.
• Resolves problems and notifies manager of resolution when job is within scope of own ability.  Assists in meeting project goals within technical, time and budgetary constraints.
• Develop working relationship with internal clients/suppliers – particularly laboratory personnel and operations. Recommends approach and carries out solution as directed for more complicated problems.
• Able to lead project teams using management and leadership skills
