Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing)
We are looking for a motivated and forward looking individual to promote the sale of RAM spreaders/products and to contribute to the growth of the region assigned. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, able to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing and new clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long term-success.
· Maintain and expand customer base, develop positive relationships and maintain good rapport with key
customers.
· Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
· Responsible for sales activities in Singapore and South-East-Asia.
· Coordinate with sales support to ensure orders, shipment and payments are in order.
· Provide quotations for tenders.
· Attend meetings, address issues and ensure that customers’ feedback is attended to.
· Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Diploma in Engineering / Business Administration
· Possess good business acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
· Cheerful personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to interact at all levels
internally as well as externally from different cultures/backgrounds.
· A self-starter with a positive and proactive approach to problems.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision.
· Fresh graduates are welcome.
Possession of a car is preferred but not a criteria.
