Job Description

1. Marketing

a) Relationship Management

1. Work closely with Academic Department to understand Business / shipping needs, project requirement and support in the development and implementation of marketing collaterals
2. Work closely with Administration Department to provide support where needed, include administrative & coordination support for Client Training Requirements
3. Analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies

b) Digital Marketing

1. Initiate Content Creation for Online & Social Media Platforms
2. Preparation of multimedia marketing material for upcoming Programmes
3. Manage digital marketing initiatives, email marketing, social media advertising to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences

2. Any other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, diploma or certificate in either Business, Marketing, Mass Communications or Digital Media is preferred
• Preferably 1-2 years of prior working experience
• Experience in web marketing or e-commerce environments would be an advantage
• Possesses good written and communication abilities as well as good interpersonal skills
• Full Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver timely and quality work
• Energetic, independent and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service and overall team performance
